Never did I think I would say the words ???Wow, that was easy??? when talking about purchasing a new car from a dealership. We have purchased from the same dealership for over 10 years, and even with the relationship we have built in the process at ???the other place???, the experience at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert was above and beyond. From the very first response to my email regarding a vehicle on the lot to the moment we drove this beauty off into the sunset, Arnold Lim was a breath of fresh air. He, along with Ed and Jose made our first Mercedes purchase a fast and no-nonsense experience. There was zero ???let me talk to my manager??? garbage like you get at most dealerships. We have just purchased out third Mercedes from this dealership. The reason we keep going back to them is that the price is right and the professionalism and friendliness is exceptional. We are older and need more assistance with the technical aspects of the car. The staff at this dealership show patience and do not hurry you in teaching us how to use the GPS, etc. What could have been a stressful experience was a rewarding one and we now know how to use all the new equipment. If you want the best, give them a try.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

After driving the Panamera, Maserati, BMW, , and many others, the S550C was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a dream and it handles almost like a sports car. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first mile trip, fuel consumption seemed to be not exessive. If you're looking for a new luxury,fast and comfortable car in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

When Roger Farney (Internet Sales Manager and a class act) told me I would feel like a member of the Coulter Family I was somewhat skeptical. After all, car salesmen...... However, I must say that after receiving Top Notch service and professional treatment, both from him and the VERY kind Finance Manager John Harrell (a fellow shooting enthusiast), he's right. Not only was my car delivered on time, and in an exemplary condition, but Roger even drove me 10 miles (several out of his way) down to my Mercedes mechanic to collect my old car!! Who does that?!? When I woke up Saturday morning knowing that I had to endure the "sharks" to purchase a car that day I was so nervous and apprehensive that I couldn't eat breakfast. Within 15 minutes of my arrival at Coulter (the first time I had ever been to this very old, prestigious, family-run operation) I was not only free of anxiety (having NOT been swamped by desperate salesmen as soon as I exited my vehicle), but I was starting to have fun.....which getting a new car SHOULD be (odd, I know)! To be entirely forthright, I do not think I received the BEST deal for the particular 2015 Regal (Buick Certified) I purchased (protection package should have been complimentary instead of a 50/50 split, 23,000 miles on a one-year-old car should have warranted an additional $1,000 - $1,500 off, etc.) but I do think I received the best, at least familial, service. Part of the Coulter Family now. Thanks Roger and John!! PS. For me, it also helps that Roger is also an Arizona native and a former serviceman. (Plus a nice guy, genuinely). Oh, and I've already started to recommend Coulter to neighbors and friends.

having been fortunate enough to get a 2012 S class new, and again a 2016 S550, i can say the W222 does not disappoint in any fashion. the interior updates are very nice and functional, the exterior looks also a good improvement. The 2016 S has the optional Magic Body control option and the Burmester 3d radio, of which i found the Magic Body control to be the secret in the ride of the S600 series. neither option will not be missed in a future car for me.

I purchase my first vehicle from CBB in October of 2016 (E-350). My initial experience was adequate and easy - I was happy with my purchase. I was quickly disappointed after the purchase with due to the follow up & communication I received from salesperson who sold me the car. I had paid for the "advantage" package that included some initial services that were never completed. After I made many attempts to schedule, it was never accomplished. Every-time I spoke to the salesperson I purchased from I was told "Yeah I'll schedule it now", or "I'll give you a call right back???. None of which ever stayed true. After a couple months, I gave up. Because of this, I did not intend to return to CBB. 7 months later It came time to look for a new vehicle for my wife. CBB of course appeared to have the best selection of the type of vehicle we were looking for, Upon giving it thought I realized my interaction with one person didn???t represent the dealership entirely and I should look at what they had available. I am glad I came to that conclusion! My wife and I showed up to the dealership 1 hour before closing on a Saturday night, with zero intentions to buy a vehicle that evening. I was introduced to TY - who was personable, knowledgeable, asked the right questions, and provided good insight along with a strong recommendation. His recommendation was the SUV we were looking for. With a ???no-pressure??? demeanor, he asked for the sale, and we agreed. Without me asking, He assured me he would get the service(s) I paid for on my previous purchase taken care of, then followed up with scheduling options the next day. Ultimately, instead of having the services done, we conversed on trading my car significantly better vehicle (CL-550) . Ty worked tireless to get the deal in place, assisted with my financing demands, showed patience throughout the process and handled the a second sale end-to-end just two weeks after the first. I own a Real Estate Brokerage and personally gross over 75M in Real Estate sales yearly ??? I recognize exceptional service when it???s provided and Ty is a professional who has exceptional knowledge, listens to his customers, handles & addresses concerns, and when it???s fitting ??? finds the solution to get the deal done. I LOVE this car. I had a 2013 which was an excellent car. In fact there were a few things that I actually preferred on the 2013, but this car is beautiful. The design of both the exterior and interior make it seem larger than my 2013, although the overall dimension are basically the same. The one thing that really disappoints me, is that you would think a $114,000 car would have 12v access points for cell phone chargers, etc. There is one, the cigarette lighter one, which isn't accessible without opening the ashtray and then it hangs over where the cupholders are. There is a 115v outlet in the rear that you can use a home charger in but no 12v points in the back at all. The reason only gave it 3 stars for value for the money is that there is steep depreciation on these cars, and there is limited demand for used ones once they are out of warranty, because repairs are ridiculously expensive. That being said, I'm still glad I bought the car and it certainly is a head turner. Mine is black with black interior and it is gorgeous. The 2013 I had had the sport package and still had chrome down the side. The 2016 with the sport package doesn't have any side chrome, so I opted to go without the sport package this time just because I think the chrome makes the car look classier. I'm looking forward to lots of very comfortable miles in this car.

I recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Speed Auto Sales & Leasing and have to say my experience was outstanding. The car is in great shape and fairly priced. I worked primarily with Jesse but also with Bret, both of whom were very accommodating and easy to work with. I never felt any uncomfortable pressure to buy during any of or interactions, and they made the entire process seamless. The real reason that their service stands out, though, is that when I inquired about the breaks on the car, they had me take it to a Lexus specialist near my home and covered the cost of the maintenance needed to really make the car a worthwhile purchase.

Excellent car if one can afford it got this 2016 as a CPO under warranty for 53 months unlimited mileage. Odd color combo black exterior black carpet, tan seats. One of the best looking ones I saw. My recommendation if at all possible buy one as a CPO, repair bills on these cars are expensive.

We have just purchased out third Mercedes from this dealership. The reason we keep going back to them is that the price is right and the professionalism and friendliness is exceptional. We are older and need more assistance with the technical aspects of the car. The staff at this dealership show patience and do not hurry you in teaching us how to use the GPS, etc. What could have been a stressful experience was a rewarding one and we now know how to use all the new equipment. If you want the best, give them a try.

I am a high end car man who has owned numerous, supposedly comparable, cars (Jaguar, BMW, Audi, Cadillac). This car is head and shoulders above them all in every respect! Armchair comfortable and stable as a rock at speed on an open highway during a cross -country trip. Also great around town with 4-Matic year-around. A statement car.

Never did I think I would say the words ???Wow, that was easy??? when talking about purchasing a new car from a dealership. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)
