  • Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63,

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

  • Expensive to Maintain

First 2 years was amazing...then started with $$ software update, AC compressor $$$, jolt upon Gear change $$$ - MB could not fix that etc. I recommend either full electric or full gasoline. These hybrid is still experimental stage and expensive to maintain. Electric miles is insignificant to make a difference. I am waiting for the EQS SUV

  • Nice to look at. That’s about it.

Electrical nightmare. Though it’s a great looking car, it’s abundance of electrical and electronic gizmos make it susceptible to problems. I only use my 550 Cab as a weekend car so I have to keep trickle charging the battery. Don’t ever let the battery go dead. The myriad of electrical problems that stem from this will blow your mind. The car is currently in the shop with headlights that turn on by themselves and malfunction errors all through it. I have literally no idea when I’ll get it back.

  • Mercedes’ Garbage quality and “customer service” s

I am away from home now living in a motel. The vehicle has been in the shop for the second time, this time for over 3 weeks with no end in sight. No one knows anything about anything… (the part is on back order, standard line) push the blame down the line. Customer service is an oxymoron. “The check is in the mail mentality” If you want to purchase a quality luxury product with exceptional customer service…think Lexus. Mercedes’ has been a huge let down. Results non existent

  • beautiful convertible is a work of art.

great performance, stunning appearance, high technology, super safety but Mercedes-Benz turnes their BACK on updates to sirrus mapping and weather. 2017 & 18 they installed software to sirrus for weather and traffic and unlike Chevrolet and Ford they can not figure out how to update, failed to communicate with owners. $145,000 new, and they leave you in the dark.

  • The best driving large sedan I've ever owned

I think that MB created a great driving very smooth powerful vehicle. With the 9 speed transmission smooth and powerful very surprising. For the money it has no competition I mean it

  • Still too new to tell. Very stylish and classy

I’ve predominantly owned BMW’s in past and own a classic MB as well. This vehicle is filled with amazing technology and a very comfortable ride. However, if it is not as agile and performance oriented of my past BMW’s. Great car for long trips, but a bit large for downtown driving. Overall, I’m very happy with it.

  • CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT A GREAT DRIVER THIS 17 MB S 550

What a great driving car the S550 sedan is. Smooth as silk has plenty of power (my other car is a SL 63) extremely comfortable and love the color metallic brown ext and brown cocoa interior. The burmeister sound system is awesome..In truth the S550 drives better than my friends Ghost and he agreed
