Tim Siegel is the Advisor of all Advisors

I currently have a 2015 CLA 250. I am writing this because I feel that few people these days stop to appreciate good service when it is received and just take it for granted while solely focusing on negative experiences. I am also writing this because I feel the person mentioned below deserves high praise and is someone of great value to your company. These opinions are solely my own and I was not asked by any employee of this company to mention any of what I am about to. I met one of your service advisors, TIM SIEGEL, while passing through and needing some questions answered about my vehicle. I was astonished not only by his wealth of knowledge but his character. Throughout the entire conversation, I felt Tim took the time to make sure he was not ?telling me? but more so ?educating me? as a new Mercedes owner. I have frequented other dealers service centers based on where I lived through out the time I lived in Los Angeles, CA. Therefore, this is to say I have come across a variety of Advisors. No one is like Tim Siegel and how he delivers to his clients, not even close. For example, there is a dealership in Newport Beach just minutes away from my home which sound convenient. However, when I tried them, they diagnosed my car?s issues completely falsely than what the issues were. The correct diagnosis was found and advised by none other than Tim Siegel. Most Advisors I have come across have not nearly met the wealth of knowledge you get from Tim Siegel. He is truly a car guy.
Now, I live in Irvine, CA. This is not ideally close to this W.I. Simonson Service center located in Santa Monica, CA. However, I have no issue with making the one hour or more drive solely to bring my car to Tim. This is because I trust Tim and his work ethic that it makes it all worth it. Tim is a rare employee that you can tell enjoys his job for what it entails and that his interests coincide with his duties making him an employee that wants to succeed. I highly believe your company should not just take this a meaningful praise but also as an opportunity to make more Advisors like Tim Siegel. The type of Advisor that Tim is, is what makes people want to come back to your location and have peace of mind with their vehicle. Thus, generating a trusting bond between car owner and dealership as evidence by me making the trip up to Santa Monica just so I can have Tim Siegel service my car.
