Great Customer Service & Car Buying Experience

Initially I spoke to LaRae Rhodes who was pleasant and was even available on a Sunday. a few day's Later, with a scheduled appointment, I met with Donna and she made me feel at home as well as the rest of her co-workers that were around. For anyone with customer anxiety, they will do a great job at putting you at ease and feel welcome.
I must say the entire process was easy and Mini of Warwick guides you through and explains in detail what each step is and what next to expect. The vehicle I purchased needed a new sensor, something minor, but we scheduled an appointment and the car was done in no time. The customer service mechanic from time to time would come out and tell me of its progress which was nice. Great work I thought.
I would recommend going to Mini of Warwick if you would like a great car buying experience with a staff that has awesome customer service skills that makes you feel at ease and welcome.
