I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

I bought a 2021 Toyota Rav4 in December 2021. I found the vehicle I wanted online and spoke with Anna C from Nucar Tarbox to see if they had the vehicle. Anna told me when the vehicle would be on site and took my deposit. This was a very smooth transaction. Once the vehicle arrived at Nucar Tarbox I met with Melvin G who showed me the vehicle, pointed out the safety features and other features of the vehicle, then let me take it for a test drive. Melvin was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Our daughter had been wanting a specific Tundra with specific items for a very long time. She saw one online so her dad and I went to look. We knew immediately it had her name all over it. I met Sharon Gluschenko while getting my hair cut by our mutual stylist. She was waiting for her appointment, and John introduced us. Sharon told me about ACS and how they could help find any vehicle I might be looking for. This was shortly before our mutual stylist moved to Mesquite. Not long after, it was time to say goodbye to our 2018 RAV4 and hello to a 2025 Palisade. We had done our research and even test-drove one—we loved it. So we went to ACS and spoke with John. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and there was no pressure or hassle whatsoever. He found the exact car we wanted the same day, and just a few days later, we were driving our new Palisade—at a price below the sticker!
