Julie was great. She had to work very hard to find my red Forester with the equipment I wanted and didn't give up until she did. She answered all my questions and reassured me that I really has a car even though it wasn't physically there yet. She showed how to work and find everything I needed to know to drive it and let me know she was always available to answer any more that arose. It was and is a very good experience.

We had such a great experience with Janesville Subaru! We had an Outback that we loved. It was the only car we had ever had the luxury of building to suit the needs of our family. Our 2016 Outback took great care of our family every day...down to the moment that we hit a deer while cruising at 70 mph on a highway heading toward an important family gathering. My husband and I were the only ones in the car. Thankfully, the kids were safely at home with their grandma. What a truly intense and unforgettable experience. Luckily, we made it unscathed...so unbelievably blessed! Our sweet Outback, however, was totaled. Two week later we found ourselves at Janesville Subaru. We were healthy and happy, but felt nervous about going through the process of buying a new family car. From the moment we stepped foot in the door, Austin stepped in and to made sure that our experience in buying our new Outback was comfortable and met our needs and expectations in every way. Austin has been a pleasure to work with and has offered us exemplary customer service as we get settled with our new family vehicle.
Eric and York were a great pair of sales staff to purchase our 2017 Outback. This is our second new Outback from Don Miller West and both experiences were simply top notch. My salesperson was York Bleyer at Don Miller Subaru West. York was very knowledgeable about the features of both the Outback Limited and Touring as well as being very personable. I ultimately decided on the 2017 Subaru Outback Touring as it had all of the features I was looking for. He was very easy to work with and ask questions of. He kept in touch with me by phone and email after I picked up my car.

I recently purchased my second Subaru Forester from Don Miller East (Madison). I found the vehicle on-line and my questions were quickly answered by the Internet Sales Manager. Just bought a 2002 Mazda 626 LX. Had DJ as my salesman and he was great. He was informative about the cars he showed me and picked the perfect car for my budget and the situation I was using it for. Came and looked at a car on a saturday, filled out the paper work on monday, and drove away with it on tuesday. Gave me a good price for the car and trade in, and even agreed to give me a new radio deck for my car so i could have a aux port for no extra cost.
I went looking at cars with the intention of buying one eventually. Don Miller East treated me so professionally and made what I thought was a deal to good to pass up. So I bought an Outback on the first visit and at the very least a few weeks before I had planned on pulling the trigger. The salesman and the sales manager were great--it was a very positive experience which does not usually describe my attitude toward car shopping.

Working with Joe, Casey and Quince was a complete joy from the minute we entered Zimbrick Nissan???s front door until we shook hands and drove away with our two new cars. Their customer service is wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and honest. A month After purchasing our new Maxima, we were in the market for an SUV and one of the main reasons for our choosing another Nissan automobile was due to the excellent care and service provided at Zimbrick Nissan.
My first visit to Zimbrick was interesting to say the least. I started out meeting a different sales person, but was left alone for a few minutes while he was working with other potential clients. While waiting I was able to talk with McKenna & hit it off with her right away. I dealt with her from then on as she was AWESOME! She answered all my questions timely working with me to get me back to the dealership a second time making my purchase. So happy with how everything worked out. Only negative, the day I picked up the car it was raining. I was hoping to have the car inside the service doors so I could thoroughly inspect the car.
Extremely professional service; visit addressed appointment for fog lamp replacement and added on oil change service. Work completed faster than expected. Waiting area very pleasant with complimentary items! Brooke Geare was attentive and thorough...Definitely 5 star service today!!
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.
