It was definitely a great experience working with Doug and Arman when purchasing the 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. They were both very pleasant and worked in a timely manner to get us through the car buying process. I liked that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment considering it was a major service performed. Dealer offered a vehicle service menu from which different types of bundled services at set prices can be selected. Pricing was very competitive and did not find the same offer at other dealers.

My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! Simply put don???t waste your time, just call Frank at Sierra Honda! Thanks again Frank, Franky and team!
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.

The facility is Very Clean. Which is important as a buyer. They have a very clean Office. They employees dress to impress. "Chris Ramirez" is a excellent sales men. The Customer Service is what you look for at a dealership. They have some really good Deals. The Management is very helpful. They are very lenient to your standards. I am certainly happy with my Purchase. For now these are my thoughts. As a new buyer, I will be shure to write a update on my overall experience. I drove all the way from Lancaster, Ca. It was worth s risk but It was well worth the drive. I would recommend friends and family to check out there inventory onsite or online. You are able to get pre approved before hand or just take care of everything on site. Good luck to everyone out there. I hope you find what you are looking for. I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didn't expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!
They had the Dodge Challenger I was looking for - right color, right extras, and right price. After only 3 1/5 hours of friendly negotiations I was able to buy the car for LESS than my offered price. The only negative was that it was represented to me that the $795 alarm system was mandatory. In fact, it was an option.
This dealership is small but well stocked with quality vehicles. The sales people are very polite and not overly pushy. The process was quick and to the point. They were honest with the deal. Haggle free environment. The fastest car buying experience we ever had. Our sales person Stephanie, was honest and very attentive. I will definitely buy another used vehicle from this dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
