I've had my nissan maxima ls for 18 years. Sure I've had to replace and repair under the hood but that comes from the 184000 miles I've driven it.

Dealership was fair and sales staff were great to work with. Pricing was competitive and all in all not a bad place to shop.

345,000 miles and running strong. Original owner since Feb 2005. Only thing I don't like is the wide turning circle! Change oil every 3000 it will last a long time.

Love my car! Had it for 16 years! Low miles! Wish I could afford a new one! Still looks new! Wish I could send u a picture 😉

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot in 2016 and 2010 Chevrolet Suburban in 2024. Both transactions went well. Honest and easy to deal with. They were very upfront on the defects on the vehicles.

Powerful engine, great audio equipment, heated seats. Runs great, some wear and tear. Many items have been recently replaced, including battery, shock absorbers, radiator, alternator.

We more than please with our experience at Napleton Chevrolet Columbus. They were honest and not pushy. Explained everything to us and showed us the highlights of the vehicle we were purchasing. Really liked what was shown on their website for price is what they were selling it for and not adding in hidden rebates that you may not qualify for, which in turns increase your price.

I like the dealership because of different types and miles and the price’s are very reasonable! Signing the paperwork at the end, obviously, but Matt was super nice and I feel like I interpreted a lot with a 100 questions and Matt was never annoyed or when is the guy gonna ever shut up, just a relaxing experience and attitude, which made me very comfortable and more understanding about everything, with Matt assisting in the process. But I really give the five star rating!to Mike Miller he’s the man after three hours trying different ideas to put something together for me, I said that I’m just wasting your time as well as my time and when I left I kinda look in Mike’s face that he was sorry we couldn’t get it to go through, and you could see he felt really bad for me but he would keep trying different banks and different things to help make a deal come together , after even three no’s my hope’s were gone, but Mike called me a few times while I was heading home with a couple of questions, so as I was parking at a store, Mike’s last call to me. Was the words that I couldn’t believe, I got you the car and went over a few things that I don’t remember what, but. He called me to talk about what I needed and to verify information to bank needed to finalize the start of the paperwork which is my sitting waiting to help me out , it was too your other 5 star person, Matt😃👍. But when I got that call from Mike I immediately asked him, in a “why” are calling me of all days, it was on his day off, wow this guy is on the ball. So overall it was all a five star experience and fifty percent of the experience was number 1 reason was MIKE and his positive energy and his patience with me, number two was Matt who was super friendly and also the answering of my many questions, So I am pleasantly very happy, not only for my newish car, which is mind blowing of it’s own awesomeness, and Mike and Matt are the other fifty percent was for them. Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!
