Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!

Service at North Olmsted Nissan is and has always been very positive. They don???t try to sell you unnecessary service. They are always very helpful to my whole family. They are trustworthy and professional. Appreciate all the members from sales to sevices and all the working parts in between. Thanks!
Our salesman, Steve Samenuk, was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't pressure my daughter-in-law or me into buying or leasing and he provided us with or he got answers for all of the questions that we asked. He seemed to be genuinely interested in getting us the best deal that we were eligible for. Likewise, Sales Manager Lane Arndt readily provided his personal assistance whenever we requested. This was extremely important in the process of meeting our needs and finalizing our deal. Other staff personnel were also friendly and helpful and this contributed to a stressless environment. Lastly, it should be noted that Finance Manager Justin Sandahl was also professional and efficient in completing the required legal paperwork of the deal. Thanks to all of these Nissan of North Olmsted employees from the two of us for such a very positive experience!

C.J Gran is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about his cars. Was not pushy just supportive. Found me the right car for me. I will definitely be going back to him for my wife's next car. Everyone there was very friendly. Best buying experience I've had in a long time.
Dave Seymour helped us purchase a used car for our son and he was great to work with! He was very patient, especially since we test drove 4 different cars. He made us feel he was trying to find what we were looking for. There was never any pressure to buy. We were also there well past closing and the whole team at the dealership were extremely nice. We would definitely go back to Dave and Marhofer Nissan in the future.
Worth the 240 mile drive to by my new/used car! :)

Purchased a 2014 VW Jetta from Ron Marhofer Nissan on 12/17/2017. Their pricing was exceptionally competitive, so I took a chance to drive 240 miles down from Michigan to consider a purchase.
It was worth it: Front to back, sales to service, this dealership is a "class-act". Everyone was kind, receptive & responsive to my needs and questions. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase a car; nor did I sense any used-car dealership "shadiness" from anyone. Customer-first mindset with great staff from my first call.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase on a new or used car.
I have purchased over 20 cars from car dealers and three from I-90 Nissan. I have bought three vans in the last 5 years from I-90 Nissan. Hands down, the best car buying experience ever. Each and every time I feel like I am getting a good, fair deal, they clearly explain the entire deal and I have never walked away thinking "I wonder if I could have done better". The last two vans I bought I did the whole deal via phone/email and then just showed up to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. I have used the service department a few times for minor issues and they don't miss a beat either. They have the same integrity and efficiency as the rest of the organization.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
