I rented the Rogue and fell in love with it The drive was very smooth. I went to the Elks Grove on Saturday November 24th when we arrived Mr Edwin Escamilla the car salesman was very pleasant he met us at the car and from open to closing the deal his customer service was very excellent 👍🏾 When I went in to talk with the financial manager Maria Angelo explain every contract paperwork. Over all I had the a great experience at L well Nissan I wouldn???t recommend this dealership to all my friends . I am a very happy customer thank you and God bless . Need a new vehicle. Found car on Cars.com. Connected with sales department thru the application to confirm they still had the car. Very prompt reply and let me know they would hold the car for me. I went up next morning on my way out of town. Meet with my sales person Fifi. Told her I wanted to drive car and possibly purchase one. I said here the catch. I have to be at Logan airport in 4 hours to catch a plane The whole dealership ensured that my purchase was smooth and stress free. We agreed on a price. Did the paper work and drove to the airport with extra time to even have a late lunch.

We had a good time buying a 500 L from Bobby Talley in July 1017, and one year later he just saved us a heap of trouble again... He was very easy to understand, no pressure and matter-of-fact in presentation with a great attitude that had us buying the car in one short visit (also expedited by Bobby Bettancourt) after we had spent days and days at other dealerships. Just today, a year later on return from a month-long vacation, Bobby Talley helped me get our car started after leaving it parked in the garage for a month (which I should have known would drain the fuel line.near the injectors). Thank you Bobby for saving me a time consuming and embarrassing tow to the Service department, and getting us back on the road again with a car we love. We will be back, and look forward to working with you again when I replace my eldest son's Fiat. Never liked a dealership until this one, see you soon!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

My first time experience at this dealership was very positive. My service appointment for installation of an accessory for my RAM 1500 was made by Charles for 7:30AM. I arrived 10 min. early and within one minute was greeted and about 3 min. later Charles came out to discuss my appointment. The final price was $5.00 less than the quoted price, but I didn't complain and when work on the vehicle was almost finished, Charles informed of some "software" upgrades that were available and there would be no charges if I wanted them (I had them installed which added about 40 min. to the job). It should be noted that I tried to purchase and have this accessory installed at a Dodge / RAM dealer that is located at the Tucson Auto Mall which is about 9 miles closer to my home. When I called the Auto Mall dealer and explained what I wanted, I was transferred to the Service Dept. to explain what I wanted, then I got transferred to the Parts Dept. to check on availability of the parts (the item needed to be ordered), then I got transferred back to the Service Dept. to check on the installation cost, then I was about to be transferred back to Parts to find out how long to get the parts but I hung up because this dealer made me feel like I was a middle-man instead of a customer. I will return to Larry Miller Dodge / RAM for any future needs for my RAM 1500 truck.
