When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. I had never heard of a Murano when we first purchased it...but it wasn't long before I FELL IN LOVE with it!!! We owned the Platinum version and it had every bell amd whistle that you could want in a car!!! It was a dream come true!!!!! I was heartbroken when it was totaled in an accident, but we will be purchasing another one in the future!!!
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I love this car! I looked for a year and test drove many cars. I wanted a car that met my needs for comfort ( for long road trips) as driver and passenger and had the safety features with back up mirror etc. It looks sharp and the price was right! I Love my Murano!!
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.
Bought a car from the folks from Nationwide today and starting from my initial contact with the internet sales rep (Marcus), the salesman (Jimi T. Parker) and ending with the finance rep (Scott), it is an easy and dare I say it, enjoyable experience (I've had a harder time finding the right drill at Home Depot). If I had to list complaints it would be that management should take mercy on their staff and (1) give them a break from the constant barrage of Christmas music and (2) replace the men's bathroom!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Plenty of space and I like the power and ambient lighting. Paint color is a nice touch and the rims are a neat design. I will definitely return to dealership when I consider my next purchase.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Upgrading from a Civic to this beautiful shade of blue Murano, helped our family of 4 (2 growing almost teenagers)and 2 labs ride with style and comfort. Highly recommended for any other outdoorsy family that is always looking for the next adventure!
I recommended Bob Bell in Glen Burnie, the process to buy my car was easy and there was never pressure to buy additional warranties.. They fill my gas tank!!!

I love this car, I wasnt planning on purchasing a vehicle. I just went into the dealership to look. When I saw this car it checked off everything I was Looking for in a vehicle. I'm so happy with my purchase.
Terri Anistead was a warm, professional and wonderful salesman. I was impressed with the no mess no fuss flow of the overall process. I was able to say what I want to put down, what price range I want to stay in. Terri followed my ques and not the other way around. What a pleasure. I had a family member go through drive time and I was not sure if it was a good choice. I can see why they picked Drive Time. Thumbs up!

Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience

The car had a leak when I purchased it. Took it to a Nissan dealer and super easy repair at no cost. I am Nissan loyal - on my 4th Nissan. They are the most comfortable cars to drive. Very dependable and lots of room.
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.

This vehicle is extremely stylish. When the 2015 came out the styling was mistaken for a concept car, such as a car made just for the Detroit Auto Show. It continues to project that image, probably more that any other vehicle on the road. Oh, and did I mention how comfortable the seating is. They are incredible!!!!!!!!!
I came in on a Monday morning enjoyed great customer service from Yevgen, he allowed me to be in control of my experience. They were very patient and offered me coffee and didn???t force anything. This team was very upfront and did extra by keeping me informed on the process and procedures. I would recommend Yassine or Yevgen when purchasing a vehicle from this particular location.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was purchasing my first car and have rough credit but Bazz really worked with me and worked for me to help get the car I wanted. He was very nice and polite and even went out of his way to find an iphone charger when my phone died. The finance Manager Mark looked out for me and genuinely cared about helping my credit to only go up from here. I will def be telling everyone I know about this dealership because they really helped me out in purchasing my 2016 VW Jetta!

AWD is grippy, cruising on the highway was comparable to vehicles costing much more. It seems sturdy, well built, and reliable. Looking forward to many years of use.
I recently was a victim of car theft and needed a car in a hurry. The salesman, Jared, was very helpful in finding a vehicle that was both affordable and comfortable and had the features I needed. Ask for him if you come here 🤙🏾

Really sharp looking vehicle that handles very well. Grabs and flies around corners, plenty of get up and go. Roomy back seat. The features on the SL and Platinum are essentially the same, so save yourself a few bucks and just the loaded SL. Some of the tech on the Platinum have had issues so save yourself the hassle. The only downside is the cargo space is small from a height perspective. A small sacrifice for some to get the sporty look.
