I went to another dealership in the area before heading over to Fuccillo, and things just did not seem right. My father has been in the car business for 35+ years, so I called him and he told me to go to another dealer and see what they could do. I went to Fuccillo and did not leave until I was in a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata. I had a leased 2016 Hyundai Sonata and I was almost at the mileage limit for the lease, a year and a half early. I explained my situation to Derek Wright and he did everything possible to get me out of the predicament while not breaking my bank AND putting me in the same car, but new, as I made it apparent that I did not want to downgrade to a smaller sedan simply due to personal preference (I REALLY like the Sonata). Ernie in Finance made sure of this and I was approved for a loan within minutes with a payment that was doable. This was my first experience purchasing a car on my own and the staff at Fuccillo took their time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. Derek and Ernie had me laughing throughout the entire process; Fuccillo employs very down-to-earth people, it seems, which is great! I was comfortable with all that transpired and I love my new Sonata. I have told anyone and everyone to go to Fuccillo Hyundai if they are ever looking for a new car and want excellent service and to feel respected and not taken advantage of. This was my first time "car shopping" by myself, and I had no plan and no expectations, a "whatever happens, happens" kind of visit! He walked me through my options and let me lead the way. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful, and extremely friendly! I told him what I wanted, what I liked and didn't like, and my must-haves. We test drove a car that fit everything on my list, but then I saw a 2018 Pathfinder and decided that I HAD to have it. I thought it was out of my price range, I didn't know what to expect with my trade, or how the financing department would handle the transaction, but Pete and his financing team got me in the car that I love and did it was such ease! My mom and I went into Fuccillo Hyundai today looking to get me into a new car. My credit is terrible and we were hoping my mother could just co-sign a loan for me. I spoke with Derek Wright the previous day and explained the pickle I was in with another loan company. He gave me very professional advice and I was already looking forward to working with him after one phone call. Upon arriving at the dealership, every employee was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is laid back. I even commented on the fact that the employees aren???t wearing dress clothes and ties. It makes you feel like your dealing with a person on your level, not above you. I test drove 3 vehicles. The second one I fell in love with, a 2013 Ford Escape. I wanted something affordable, reliable, all wheel drive, and NOT white. Derek made sure to have 5 or 6 options readily available for me to test out. After deciding on the Escape, we sat and waited for Ernie to call us in for the financing piece. Not only was he extremely accommodating, but he ensured that we were at ease and really took his time getting us the best possible rate he could and went over all of our options thoroughly. Because of my bad credit, we decided that my mom financing the car would be the best possible option. It???s been a rough few years for my mom and I, and finally getting a solution to some of the burden was overwhelming and emotional. We probably looked crazy but the sales and finance team were so warm and caring and understanding. We took a bunch of Derek???s business cards and will be sure to pass them out to any friends or family that are looking to purchase a car. By the end of the day he probably knew our whole life story, but was comical and light hearted and made the entire car buying experience, which can be very daunting and stressful, a positive and fun time. We thank each of you so much for your help and your kindness! We will be returning without a doubt!

This is a great SUV. Ride is smooth, it is very powerful, and supersedes the competition. I had other Nissan's before and they are by far more reliable than what consumer reports say, and again, surpass wait they claim to be #1. This is a car that you can really drive to its limits.... not like the others.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. We bought a certified 2017 Pathfinder Platinum. Very good looking. Extremely comfortable seats. Great visibility smooth breaking. Very Quiet cabin. feels like a luxury car. We live on country unpaved road and the ride is MUCH smoother than our Pilot. The ride feels very plush. Transmission is smooth and powerful. LOTS AND LOTS of space in front and rear seats. Had an adult in the 3rd row recently and he said if felt good enough for a road trip. I don't know why the car is not at the top of ratings. We Love it more we drive it.
