We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

We’ve long been fans of the Toyota brand and so far, we’re loving our Corolla Cross. Our sales professional, Lucas Gonzalez, was friendly, accommodating and helpful. He stayed flexible and patient through the sales process, considering that we asked a lot of questions and took our time figuring out the financial implications of our purchase. He has also been available to us even after the sale, something we really appreciate. I love this Nissan SUV. Is more than I was hoping for. The only negative comment I have after 2 1/2 weeks of owning it is that it is too easy for someone to tamper with your gasoline because there is no lock on it. Just push the door and it pops open. NOT SAFE!

I LOVE my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder! I purchased the Pathfinder as it drove and handled smoothly with power. I test drove the Rogue, Altman, and Maxima, and the Pathfinder had, hands down the best ride, handling, and comfort. I love that it never let's me lock my keys in the car. I love my Caspian blue exterior, and palomino interior. I love its sexy curves, and the durability of the seat material. It could be a little more comfortable, but overall, I LOVE it!

Bought this car brand new. Have had it for 3 years now. Absolutely love it. Never any issues. Car was 100% from day one. Yes, would get another one. Got the SL. Love all the features.. Would have to trade down quite a bit to get a new car at the same price.

As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

I just got new Equinox EV with good discounts and payment rate applied for... But car cleanup n readiness should be a bit better for delivery.

I highly recommend this dealership! They were super good with customer service, Wardan was very easy to talk to and work with. Only thing is the fact that they only accept cash, but it wasn't a problem as the reason was explained to me and I fully understand. Don't listen to the bad reviews, if your paying a good price for a decent car, don't complain when it isn't always in absolute perfect shape.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with.
