We went to AllStar Nissan with less than 24 hours left to buy a car because our rental had to be returned the same day. When we arrived we were greeted by Patrick Hebert and he took us to his desk and wrote all our questions and concerns down and got us started with the process. We wanted the 2018 Pathfinder, everyone at Nissan was more than helpful and accommodating to our circumstances and they were able to help us secure the Pathfinder at a great rate! Repairs on my mother 06 Nissan Sentra was fast and customers services was great.. Mrs Tammy Perkins was great converse with her about Allstar New location this Year.. very pleasant person to converse with.. I see why my dsughter goes to Allstar to have her Nissan services... it would be nice a get Free Car wash at time of services..
Lost transmission towing camper from Florida to Colorado. May 3rd. I coasted into the front of the dealership. I knew what was wrong. I just retired last year. 30 years in automotive after market. I sold parts to dealership's and any garage or repair shop in my market. ASE parts specialist. I looked at used Surburban's. I like my 2005. I went to the service department. Asked how long would it take to get a GM remanufactured unit. 10 minutes went by and I got my answer. We can have you back on the road tomorrow after lunch. I went for that deal. While we waited one of the salesmem offered to tow our camper over to used car department. Hooked us up with electric and water. We had our german sheapards with us too. They offered us a loaner car so we could get around while we waited. We didn't need that. We had a wonderful experience. This was one of the best experience in a repair shop I have had in a long time. I want to give everyone there a job well done. Thank you all because I must have spoken to most everyone. Lots of free coffee. Thank you again.
While searching for a new vehicle, I called 2 local dealerships and asked to speak to a salesman. Three days later and no return call from either dealership, I decided to search online and came across Royal Nissan. Immediately a wonderful salesman, Alan Landry, contacted me via email because I didn’t give him a phone number. After me telling him what body style, exterior color and interior color that I wanted, he immediately emailed me stating what he had found and what kind of deal he could give me on the vehicle. We set up an appointment for me to drive to Baton Rouge and was immediately welcomed at the door of the dealership. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever had and I was able to drive home in my new vehicle even though he had to go get it at a different dealership. I would definitely recommend Royal Nissan and ask for salesman, Alan Landry.
