The Customer Service at Gerry Lane is wonderful, especially Ms. Sheila. She went over and beyond to get me help with a repair that was not covered under my extended warranty. She even went in on her day off to take care of my ticket. I'm not in love with my vehicle, but thanks to the fabulous Customer Service, they make all my problems I have had with my car and little bit easier to deal with.
From the moment we were greeted until we closed the deal, the entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Started with internet inquiry and then we emailed and chatted on the phone. Everyone, from the Internet team to the salesperson (jerry hooper) and the sales manager (Jeff Spangler) were friendly, professional, and willing to listen to me and work with me. Buying from this team was a great experience. I drove out from Houston to buy my Volvo here and would encourage my friends to do so as well. The price and professionalism could not be beat.
Eeverythig was great from the salesman to the finance manager to the General manager! The cleanliness of the vehicle was not very good. The truck was average at best. The windows were dirty and the wheels weren't clean.
Mr. Wade showed a genuine interest in getting me what I wanted. He was honest and once I told him what I wanted, he made sure every box was checked. It was almost too easy. Ran over a huge screw within the first week and they repaired it quickly and easily with no cost to me. I wasn’t just a number.
I expected to have a hard time with the whole process given the reputation of many sales people. The person I dealt with was very warm and friendly. He knew his product and applied no pressure. I would recommend this dealership just on my experience with him.
All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge is a top notch dealership. I had a great experience with the purchase of a 2018 Hyundai Ionic Limited hybrid. I first went to the website and inquired about the Ionic via a link. I was contacted promptly by email. I first contacted the sales manager Thomas Wyant Jr about the price and he quoted me a fair market price for the vehicle. I then spoke to him over the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. He then put me in contact with Larry Sykes, the salesman. Larry was also very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I give 5 stars to the dealership and to Thomas and Larry.
