Wow what an experience this was...pulled in dropped off the car with a nice young man named Eric. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. I would definitely come back to Russ Darrow for any and all of my service work.
Our dogs go everywhere with us and we are an active family. We knew we were going to need a bigger vehicle. We did our research on what we wanted and because of other friends giving positive reviews we went to Mighty. We found a vehicle that was everything we needed and they worked with us to make sure we get a price we could afford and found us a really good and affordable extended warranty. I am pleased because it wasn’t a pushy experience and they truly cared about what we had to say. After having the van a few weeks there were a few things that needed to be taken care of macanically that came up (no fault of the dealership) and they took care of it in a timely manner. They went above and beyond with customer service and overall experience. I would certainly go back and purchase another vehicle from them when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone that asked. Shout out to Cody for being awesome!
I been to many dealerships looking for a used car, most places you wait around all day for your purchase to be finalized "Not with Mighty!" All the sales people there are friendly and want to help you. Bob was my sales guy he was great, Trina was very helpful with my purchase.

I went into mighty with specific details of the car I wanted with year, model, and mileage. The salesman Cody walked back and forth through the lot and help me decided what was great for me. Having a salesman that understands buying a car is nerve racking and yet being patient through every hundreds of question I had was WONDERFUL! I wasn't sure about the finance part of it all, but then I talked with Trina! She is simply AMAZING! She went through every motion she's made to make sure I will get the car I want. Mentioning I'm a college student she was so sincere to make sure the payments were 'do-able' for me. If we needed to start all over she would do so. Anyone in the fox valley that is looking for a car do yourself a favor and go to Mighty!
So, we have a disabled daughter and needed a minivan for wheel chair lift and traveling purposes. We were planning on buying later in the year, but we thought we would look around and see what was out there.
Our first mistake: We went to Kolosso, and had a very bad experience. They tried to pressure us with false deadlines, wouldn't budge on the price and lied to us multiple times. I had enough.
I called Bergstrom in Oshkosh and talked to the manager, Mike M. And it was about the best thing I ever could have done. I felt no pressure, and he actually took the time to explain what everything was and ment.
He gave me a deal I could not pass up and we ended up getting a BETTER Chrysler Pacifica then the other dealership for LESS money. He even found extra rebates that Kolosso did not offer.
I am very satisfied and I will be shopping with Bergstrom in the future. I recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

With that said I have searched many places for a new used vehicle. I have not seen another dealership with the attention to detail and quality of the vehicles on the lot. Very impressive! To top it off all sales personnel I dealt with were kind, courteous and amazing. I even peaked into their detail area and employees seemed to be enjoying themselves yet paying attention to detailing the vehicles. Anybody wanting a used vehicle definitely need to stop in and see what is available!
This is the second car we bought from Jacobson and will be there again if need be. Staff very friendly and not pushy. Good selection and pricing. When looking for a used car I would recommend going here first as this would probably be the only stop you would have to make!
A GREAT DEALERSHIP!I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 06/23/2018. Unfortunately a month after I bought it found out the Shifter assembly needed to be replaced and was not covered under warranty. The dealership took care of it at no cost and gave me a rental. I will definitely go back there again for a car and recommend them to anyone.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We have been customers > 20 years and always service dependable, prompt repairs, willingness to provide a car when ours repair being done. Staff will drop everything to attend to us!! We have bought 8+ used cars for family members, with quality long term satisfaction!!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
