Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. Please thank Mitch Ericson for processing our paper work twice. Also, extend our thanks to Mr. Grice who spent a great deal of time going over all the features of the Rav4.
We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. I have responded to Toyota's survey and have let them know how great your dealership was to deal with.

Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.

Came in to get an oil change and I couldn’t figure out where the services department was but Fidel barrientos came and helped me find it he was very nice and respectful. The oil change was very fast and efficient.
I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
We just purchased our 4th Camry through Tejas Toyota in Humble, TX. Russell has sold us all of our Camrys, the last three through the Internet sales department. He is professional, friendly and negotiates a good, no hassles or surprises deal. We love Tejas!
I had intended to buy a truck 2 or 3 years old. But James put me in a new truck with more features for very close to the same money. I traded my old car and got good value. I am very pleased with the deal and my new truck.
I wrote an earlier review concerning Robbins Nissan in Humble, TX. I had a problem with the hatch not opening on my 2015 Nissan Murano. The day after I posted my comments, they contacted me. Robbins and I came to an agreement as to how much I was to be charged to have the latch fixed. The Murano was fixed yesterday.
There was a slight mixup in the beginning but that hurdle was soon resolved. Thanks to Ms. Yvonne, after meeting you in person and talking to you, you were great. To my saleslady, Ms. Allie, she was very good and worked with me and my daughter in selecting a car to LEASE that I would be satisfied with and for that, thank you very much. To Mr. Rod Deeson, Finance Mgr, he was wonderful, patient and funny. By the way, I hope I spelled your last name correct LOL! The atmosphere at Robbins was phenomenal and I hope to be doing business with Robbins from here on out. Also, thanks to Ms. Shanda, you handle business and I love it!
I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR FOUR YEARS THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND OVER PRICING I WAITED FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS THE SERVICE GUY NEVER CAME BAD WHEN HE DID HE TOLD ME FOR A OIL CHANGE 7O.OODOLLARS GOOD BUT TO FIX MY A.C. 1200DOLLARS FOR A CONDENSER EVERY OTHER NISSAN WAS HALF THAT PRICE 3HRS SERVICE
Didnt like the fact that because you buy a car cash they cant provide you not even 1 day warranty like what if you didnt notice something minimal they should give you at least a week i mean not necessarily on the body of the car but at least any mechanical things you may have not noticed like a horn not working. -_-
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
