2017 Nissan Rogue for Sale in Medina, OH

I have to say I'm so glad I went here! My experience was awesome with everyone at North coast auto.. My salesman Jonah was the biggest sweetheart and so patient, as my situation was a bit "sticky" concerning my poor credit etc. But everyone there made it happen for me that same day I walked in. I drove home in the exact car I wanted and I love it!! The costumer service was tip top, I couldn't stop hugging everyone! I'm still smiling from ear to ear. My son-in-law was helping me make a deal for a new leased car, as my car was due in by October. It was a Nissan Rogue and I loved that car. Brad Klostzly was the salesperson that worked with us. His personality is very positive, always has a smile and doesn't try to rush you. I told my son-in-law to take over, my only specification was that I be able to get in and out of it with ease. He worked with Brad and they surprised me right before my birthday (a month early). He got me to the showroom on the pretense that he had a couple of cars he wanted me to see. When I walked in there was a BIG Happy Birthday sign on the window, my daughter was there and Brad had all available staff singing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a special surprise, a Brilliant Silver 2016 Nissan Rogue. I am over excited, a few changes but not too many for someone my age. Your service department, which is also special, introduced me to Brad at a service call, he gave me Brad's card and brought him over to meet me. I gave the card to my son-in-law and the rest is "pleasant history". I would recommend Brad Kloetzly to anyone who is looking for a Nissan. He was great.

Danielle has been keeping up with the e-mail correspondence like a professional. She has provided me with every request in a timely manner. The details were excellent.

After visiting several other dealerships, we once again found Ron Marhofer Nissan to be the best! From the professional showroom, to the friendly and efficient staff, to the quality of the vehicles, everything was first class. Our favorite part of the process was our sales representative, Brad Kloetzly! Brad is extremely personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Took it in for my first oil change on my 2018 Civic as I was around 6k miles. I could have said no, as I didn't think I needed an oil change AND tire rotation however I paid the extra $30 to do so. Took them about 45 minutes on a Saturday morning which is the norm. The guy I dealt with was nice and conversational. They also let me know that a critter of some sort has been building a nest in the car. Had me take a look at it before the cleaned it all out.

i don't drive a whole lot and, in the cold weather we've been experiencing lately, "ol' betsy" has been a little twitchy about starting as smoothly as she usually has for the past 3 years. [i should note that the car is 6 years old, but i've only owned it for two-and-one-half years, lest you think "why was this needed so soon?!"] when i had a package to drop off at the post office this past tuesday, since the weather had warmed up a bit, my '12 altima started with only a slight hesitation. i got to the post office, but they weren't open yet so i sat in the car, listening to the radio. oops! unfortunately, i burned up the last few electrons in the battery with early-morning talk radio. :( fortunately, my nissan dealership was quite literally right across the street! :) unfortunately, they weren't open yet. :( fortunately, i could sit in my car for a half hour until the service department opened. :) unfortunately, even the electric door locks wouldn't work, and i had locked the doors when i left. :( fortunately, the fob has a built-in key so i could still get in when i got back to the post office. :) unfortunately, when the service department assessed my problem, the technicians determined that i needed a new battery. :( fortunately, it was a lot less expensive than even the supercenter stores charge. [i checked when i got home.] :) so. all's well that ends well... once i actually started the service process, i was in and out in about 30 minutes and i am once again an extremely happy camper all because of nissan of north olmsted! :) thanks!

My cousin from Iowa had to return a car that he'd leased. He needed to buy a car so that he could get home and have a vehicle for use there. For two days, Saturday and Sunday, we went to dealerships everywhere near Cleveland. South, East, West, and Akron. I wore my work coveralls because i wanted to get under the vehicles and the hood to inspect them. We'd walk in and no one would even say hello or move to help us. For those that did speak, I can only say how it felt. Some assumed we weren't serious customers or that we couldn't afford to buy the cars at which we were looking. Others were fine until we suggested test driving the vehicles and they were visibly uncomfortable. Some were just so very dishonest, I wish there were a way to report them. They are looking to exploit persons who are ignorant to the way buying a vehicle should proceed. It's embarrassingly ridiculous. Our intelligence was insulted so many times I literally lost count. I hated this process. I just couldn't abandon my cousin because he'd never bought a car from a dealership. They tried to take advantage of him over and over. I just sat quietly and listened until I couldn't take any more then I'd either just get up and leave, or I'd motion to him for us to go. The experience was very discouraging as each new dealership bore what seemed to be prejudice, dishonesty, and possibly profiling. Sunday, we decided to try a place that had a nice car posted online. Crown Acura. We went to other places he had found online first, but the poor experiences continued. At Crown Acura, we were dreading going through the whole motion all over again, when someone pleasantly greeted us. Matthew Dodok. We remained skeptical, waiting to see what his pitch would be. He just very simply talked to us about what we were looking for in a vehicle. No sales pitches. Just talking with us. Just treating us like normal customers. No special treatment. No disrespectful treatment either. It is sad that I must include this, but, he did nothing to insult us or rob us of our dignity. That's what was special. We felt respected like any other customer. Given a fair shot to examine and purchase a vehicle. We had a few other stops to make before making a decision. All but one were more of the same. The one dealership just had very high prices. We agreed that the only option to return to from the whole weekend's search would be Crown Acura. I told my cousin that he'd only want to form a business relationship with a dealership he felt he could at least get a straight answer and a chance at fairness. We went back to Crown, unsure of how things would go now that we'd want to test drive. He first offered to ride with us. I was thinking, here it comes. So I asked if we could test drive alone. He had us fill out some papers, even suggested a helpful route and politely left us to inspect the car. We were shocked. We checked the car from top to bottom. My cousin loved it. I was actually impressed with the car myself. I would now consider getting my wife one like it. We then told Matt we'd like to discuss a purchase. I trusted Matt enough by this point that I let him talk with my cousin alone for a while. When I came to check, I found he hadn't been getting pressured, insulted or hustled. That convinced me that we were in the right place. Matt patiently worked with him late into Sunday. In the end, my cousin drove his car home to Iowa. He and his wife love it. My only regret is that I wish we'd come to Crown Acura the day before. I went back to Crown one day after work to find Matt. To let him know I appreciated being treated like a man. My wife and I will very soon be in the market for a new vehicle. I told him that we will come to him for assistance. I'm not sure how this review process works but can someone please acknowledge Matt Dodok and dealers like him. Please. Thank you for your time.

First time on the lot Marc the salesman was very helpful in showing the used Rogues that they had for sale. He asked us if we ever thought of leasing and explained it so completely that it made perfect sense to us. It was a very easy process and we are extremely happy with our 2016 ROGUE. We will definitely be back when our new lease is up.

Rose is by far the best sale person I???ve ever been in contact with. She recently sold me my third Rogue and made sure that I was comfortable not only with the vehicle and it???s amazing technology but also financially. No pressure, and she was 110% honest and knew what she was talking about. I felt like I had known her for years. She follows up on a regular basis, sends holiday wishes and knows who you are when you see her outside of Ganley. Rose cares about her customers unlike some who only care about that sale. Looked at a car at a nearby lot. Thought we would just swing by after seeing a vehicle on cars.com. Walked in on a Saturday at 3:30. They showed us just what we were looking for, and no pressure to buy. Actually had more cars in stock that we were looking for. Walked out 1.5 hrs after walking in with keys in hand. Salespeople were very friendly. Service team washed the car again before we left. They Stayed over to help us on a beautiful 70 degree February day. We appreciated them being there and will look here again when looking for another car.

I had very friendly and supportive service. James I remember by name because he handled all my paperwork and went over all my information. He was extremely helpful recommended what I needed done, and made sure that nothing unnecessary was done to my car. James is amazing! 10/10.
