The Service Dept. has also always been very attentive and great to deal with. Routine service has always been quickly performed at a fair price. The Service Advisors are very product knowledgeable, technically competent and eager to provide resolution to any issue. I have met several of the technicians over the years and are extremely capable, competent and very experienced.
Recently, my new Rogue (less than 4000 miles) developed a "quirky" air conditioning issue that was difficult and time consuming to diagnose. The cause was soon identified and the fix is pending. Special thanks to Service Dept. Manager Tom Sinkora and tech Mark L. for there patience, perseverance and there willingness to go the "extra mile" to identify the cause and resolve the AC issue. Both Tom and Mark, through there devotion to service excellence and customer satisfaction, made a potentially negative experience into a very palatable and almost pleasant service experience. I purchased my 2016 Nissan Juke NISMO RS from Lia Nissan, and have always brought my Juke there for servicing. The Lia Nissan service department has always done excellent work and I high recommend them.
John Elmendorf recently helped take care of my car with a transmission problem. He was able to find me a loaner and got my car cleaned up after the service was done. The service advisors here are pretty busy, but John was still able to check in periodically with me and let me know the current state of the repair. There are no surprises here, and John did a great job helping me out with my repair.
My Nissan had an issue on Sunday afternoon. Through the Lia Nissan service department on-line offerings, I was able to schedule a Monday appointment, leave a chat session with a description of the symptoms, and get an individual contact to follow up with on Monday. The Lia service dept. depth of knowledge resulted in the right diagnostics specialist to be assigned first thing Monday and my car was ready by the end of day Monday. Thank you.
I came in to this Nissan Dealership to have my tire fixed, it turns out there was a nail in it. At the same time they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was very friendly, professional, and communicated to me what needed to be fixed. I was very happy with the service that I received and with the free wi-fi I was able to get some work done.
They did a great job maintaining my 2012 Murano and providing pleasant and fast service, as usual the waiting area was clean. I will always bring my vehicle here for service. Thanks.
