I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

We want Axel! We have been in the market for buying a used car and had the chance to interact with a lot of used car salesman that left a sour taste. Coming into Cerritos Nissan, I was on my guard because of the predatory experience in this industry. However Cerritos Nissan does it different. After talking to a car sales agent named Axel on the phone, he clarified that unlike other used car companies Cerritos Nissan does NOT have MANDATORY ADD-ONS to mark up the price you see online and was also able to send us *custom* photos of the car we were after. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by Axel who was ready to tour with us (did not make us wait) and was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we examined the Vehicle in great detail. Axel is a different breed in terms of how genuine he is about the cars he sells. When we noticed defects in the car he did not brush us off and talked to his manager to see what he can do for us. After 2 visits to the dealership we purchased the car and ever since Axel has been there along the way, checking up on us. The rest of the crew in Cerritos Nissan is also great, hardworking, professional and are multiple tiers above anything else we have seen during our car search. I?ve been looking for a particular color but it was hard to find but so I went to see it and the other color choices to compare and not at all expecting to purchase a car until tonight or this weekend. I arrived to see the Red CR-V Sport hybrid front and center with a sign saying VIP Bethann and that pretty much did it. They are such a kind group of people and I know they stayed late to finish the sale. They were extra accommodating knowing my mother is on hospice and I had to make arrangements to be able to leave the house. I got home at 11pm but nice for them they had several buying cars on a Monday evening so I did not mind waiting. This is my 3rd car from Buena Park Honda 4th in the family and the other sales were consistent of the quality customer service I received last night. Eveyone was great but Jacob was extra special.
