Don't understand why I should be paying for a manufacturer problem that was beyond my control other than that it is a really great car
Purchased a Wolfsburg Edition Passat from Jose. Great deal on a fantastic automobile. Very pleasant, well informed, and courteous staff. Made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door, and they???ve been nothing but smiles the few times I???ve been back for scheduled maintenance. Purchased a service contract along with the vehicle and couldn???t be more pleased with the Service Department staff. They work quick and clean. Highly recommend these folks.

This really is a great vehicle, I owned a Pontiac Vibe before this car and I am 6? 2? and this car seems to have a lot more room than my previous car. This car is a sporty little car on the outside and it has some pep in the peddle too. Great car for the money!
Andrew was very professional, not pushy. They let you take the car for a test drive on your own and he really did get us a good loan and was patient.

I love my Nissan sentra from Nissan of st.charles for what I pay i rather have a pick up because I'm a big guy that's the only thing that I dislike the should have known my size wouldn't go with this compact car..but it's safe and the millage is great.
We went there to look at a couple of of used cars. They were so professional, and the cars were in excellent condition.
We did purchase a car and are very pleased with the process, the price, and the experience. We plan on returning when we need another car.
No stress, just a great experience. Ask for Chris!
The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.

This car has alot of features. I like the radio,backup camera,I like this car overall. It also is comfortable and anice car to drive. I also like the sport and economy features.
Surprisingly great used car buying experience. No B. S. Car just as described. Flew in and they picked us up at the airport. Josh Tapia, our sales person, was about as honest and personable as could be. Thanks AutoNation USA Henderson. You get our recommendation!

I got my nissan in August only has 13,000 on it right now and I am pleased to say that I made the right choice choosing this car it's very reliable great on gas and drives very smooth has tones of trunk space seating is very comfortable as well I wouldn't choose any other car
I seen a lot of nice use cars and nice new cars will be back looking in about 90 days,

I have never owned a Nissan but I'm glad I do now. This is the first time I've ever purchased a BRAND NEW CAR. I will most likely but another one in a couple years. I love all the features and the look of the car.
I was in search of a new car but not sure what kind of car I was in search for. Brenden really helped me out with finding a car that would fit me, and the needs that I supplied him with. He was very personable, and quite funny. Overall great experience with Brenden.

I wouldnt give it up for the world. I love my sentra. I dont care about mercedes. My sentra is my mercedes. My sentra will never die. I love it.
My husband first met Coco the day prior to our purchase when he came in to look at a few vehicles. He made a point to tell me that he really liked working with Coco and he felt Coco truly listened to what he was looking for. He didn't find anything that day, but the following day we scoured the internet once again and came upon a Forester for sale. So we headed back to the dealership and arrived 10 minutes before closing! Coco was very professional and efficient! We took the vehicle for a test drive and was able to work through the purchasing process very quickly. We did not feel pressured at all. This purchase is for our son who drives in the mountains and snow frequently, so we are excited for his new Suburu experience - it's reputation is impeccable! We would definitely return to Suburu of Las Vegas!

Car is stylish, reliable and affordable and good on gas. Car is built to endure wind speeds driving on the high way. Car has bluetooth and different modes you can put the car in depending on environment.

Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. First let me say that this review is based not on the whole of my experience with United Nissan, but on my recent experience with two of their teammates including Elsa Nava, the customer service manager. Recently I purchased a vehicle from United Nissan, and within just a few months experienced an investigation with the vehicle that I thought was important to bring to their attention. My initial experience when notifying the dealership was a poor one. It led me to write a very negative, yet very well deserved review. This is when Elsa became involved. She reached out to me and expressed her regret for the experience we'd previously had. She asked what they could do to make it right, and did everything in her power to try to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Together with another member of the United Nissan family, Elsa was able to assist my husband and I to reach a very fair solution to our situation. She and this other teammate treated us with respect and dignity, they apologized repeatedly for our prior experiences, and made it right in less than 24 hours.
