She made the experience fun. A real person to connect with. Felt like I had a friend backin me up. The test drive was what sold me. She has a favorite route that goes around a lake with some nice curves.
We had an amazing experience with Billy! Not only was he very knowledgeable he had amazing customer service! He was fantastic and patient with our children during our visit and even went as far as to drive a truck to us to show us some options when we couldn???t come to them. The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot.
Tom sold me my car about a year ago and I'm still amazed at Tom and Tynan's commitment to excellent customer service. I continue to recieve nothing but professional and quality assistance from Tom and the dealership. Anytime I need to come in for an oil change, or most recently a tire check, I have been greeted and treated like their number one customer! Tom has such a great personality and professional approach, Arnie is always more than willing to help out and always very knowledgeable and professional as well. I would recommend Tynan's to anyone I know and would encourage everyone to ask for Tom! You won't be disappointed!
I recently just financed my first vehicle from here, and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. The buying process was quick and painless, and they worked to stay in my budget. Leah and Ryan were very knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with and they made sure that everything was top-notch. They contacted me on time and answered any questions that I had. As for the truck itself it was in very good condition and had a clean Carfax report. They did a spectacular job at detailing the interior, I was very impressed for a 10 year old truck. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from here, and would recommend them to anyone else also. Be sure you stop here first before you go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed. Michelle has went above and beyond for me. I'm from Cheyenne came to Greeley to buy my dream truck. I bought it as is. 5 months later my truck starting having problems I was offer a warranty when buy my truck at the time I didnt think I need it. I should have got it. I have now had to put a new motor in my truck and Greely Subaru did what no other dealership would have done, they helped me get my truck fixed. Steve Palmer did more then I can describe he helped me with price and made sure I had a car to get back and forth for work while my truck was getting the work done. I will always put my trust with Greeley Subaru with my used vehicles. Thank you guys for fixing my baby and all the help. You are the best!!!

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I talked to Casey through email and phone before coming in to buy the car. During our remote communications, he was very friendly and tried to get us a competitive price for my car. I believe I received a good price, plus the 7 year (or 100,000 miles) powertrain warranty helps! The day the car arrived, Casey texted me some pictures of it. He also stayed past his regular scheduled hours to present the car to us when we arrived to pick it up! Casey made sure to explain everything about the car as well. Overall, great guy to buy a car from.
This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
This family run business is great. Scott found the used car I wanted and I love it! He even found a newer model than what I was initially looking at. Always professional service and overall fun to deal with. I will be returning for my service needs.
The service we received here was beyond amazing!! You walk in and just feel so warm and welcomed by everyone here! Is not like other dealerships where you feel judged or that they are in it just for the money, this place truly makes you feel like your joining one big happy family when you purchase a vehicle from them!!! We had the pleasure of working with Frank whom was amazing but everyone there was great as well!! I highly recommend buying your subaru from this dealership we don't plan on going to anyone else, even after we move out of state my husband will be coming back in the future for another vehicle.

I hadn???t bought a car in a long time (and never a used car), so consequently I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience. Tom immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. The process was so smooth, and he even kept refilling my teen-she daughter???s popcorn to keep her happy as well! Highly recommended!
