Mark was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and did not give me the "car salesman" feeling. He listens and pays attention to your remarks. I was very satisfied with the buying experience. Hertz gives great deals on those used cars, I did not even negotiate. The facility is comfortable but looks like a trailer with AC that does not need to be blasting! While the finance guy (bought my car cash) was very nice and courteous, the buying process could be shorter. Although this is not due to Hertz's financial service, but to the number of documents we have to sign. I have to point out that it was much faster at Hertz than at my previous dealership. So to conclude, go there, buy it, and drive home.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Cars on-line were the same as in the lot. Always useful! Luis was extremely helpful and there was no pressure to buy. We looked at several cars and test drove 2 with no issues. The whole process was simple, relatively quick (buying a car always take time to do the paperwork). We bought a car which was ideal for our uses and was immaculate. I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i already had and found they were still goid. They had juat been put in wrong in wrong. So..thank you so much service dept. And Monica for keeping me informed
Michael Rush and Scott was the best duo I???ve ever felt with. They where friendly,knowledgeable and concern for my interest. If I had to recommend another person to buy a car I would call Mike just to see what he have in his invatory
