Thankful for great customer service!

My sister and I went yesterday to trade in a car for another. I must say, we were a little nervous just because of her credit score and her car that she was trading in. Maggie Young ( Product Specialist Rep) greeted us and got the process started. She was such a delight to talk to and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She was customer service ready and answered all our questions needed. We were then introduced to Andrea Avery who also was a great part of making the deal happen. Andrea was willing to go the extra mile in insuring the best deal for our buck. All the while, the process did take a substantial time due to my sister's credit score, the sum of money down from the trade in and no insurance, Andrea and Maggie worked diligently to make it all happen while showing great hospitality and patience . This was my first experience at a car dealership and what better way than to have a great first impression! These guys don't work for commission so I know they really had nothing to gain but our gratitude. So with that being said, Big Thanks to Maggie Young and Andrea Avery for making my first experience a memorable one and making it happen for my sister as well! This company is lucky to have you both¿
