Purchased my Altima and actually do not care for the car like I'd hoped because of the really loud "electric power steering pump" it's actually embarrassing. But after I found Grainger Nissan Service it makes dealing with my car more tolerable. Mr. Martin is doing an excellent job with the service department and as a whole I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. Love Grainger Nissan!

Buying cars for 36 year's, never a pleasant experience. But this was the very best ever!!! Jeanna Milton allowed us to do it our way. We came to look and try the seating for comfort. She was very patient, answered questions, listened and never pushed us. We came to purchase one vehicle and with her knowledge and understanding what we wanted, totally changed our minds and bought a suv. She made the process as easy as possible. Greg in finance was a true pleasure and was very gracious when we changed our minds on extra insurance AFTER contact was signed and returned same day and had to redo our contract. Customer service was wonderful from the start. Our first pleasant purchase ever!!! Ask for Jeanna....she is the reason we bought from Grainger and will be back.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.
This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had! I decided late afternoon on a Friday that I wanted a vehicle with more room, same gas mileage as my current vehicle and a better warranty. ( I had a Toyota Camry) I searched the their website and found that the Nissan Rogue was exactly what I wanted and needed. I drove 1.5 hours to meet Grant Deloach @ 6:30pm and I drove away in my brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue @ 7:55pm. He and his team accommodated my requests and was even attentive to my child as we waited. He assisted in setting up the features in my vehicle, filled it up with gas and had a complete detail job done. He discussed all the safety features and I was ready to sign after hearing that alone. I feel like a better mom now knowing that my children are in a safer vehicle. I commute 45 mins to and from work everyday, and I have truly enjoyed every minute in my new vehicle. I would recommend Grant Deloach @ Grainger Nissan to any and all friends and family.

Expected the usual average boring experience when taking my car in for the airbag repair. I went in & was pleasantly pleased to find the service reps were friendly, attentive & eager to make my experience very pleasant. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain
I took my Odyssey in for repair last year when cylinders were misfiring. This was due to a flaw in the Eco mode that caused oil to get on plug and foul the pistons. Service memo allowed them to repair 3 last year. When a 4th started misfiring, the service team at Grainger, and my service advisor, John Kleckaushas, went above and beyond. Because this is a pretty involved repair, the Service manager contacted their Honda representative to explain the situation and initiate an appropriate response. After Honda's response, Grainger repaired the remaining 3 cylinders to insure the problem would not reoccur, and John kept me informed throughout the process. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and the service team was pleasant an accommodating throughout the process. Thank you.

This car is super reliable and efficient! I mainly drive it to and from work, but also to transport my children. Although it's a smaller car, it has plenty of room. I love that it gets excellent gas mileage!
