My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I purchased my 2015 Nissan Rogue in July 2016 and have been returning to this dealership ever since for all my car related needs. I was recently involved in a collision and brought my Rogue in to have the bumper replaced. The first question the service department asked me was "are you alright" in regards to the accident, which I found very refreshing and evidence of their customer-first attitude. They fixed my bumper that day and included the oil change I needed in the price. I love Sheehy Nissan and will continue to return for all of my car needs!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! No one wants to pay for car repairs; however, you must take care of your car for your car to take care of you. Fitzgerald of Wheaton runs an honest and professional car service business. They explain what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Some repair shops out there tell you that everything needs to get repaired right away. They are professional and I would highly recommend this service shop to everyone.

This is my second time to buy or tread in a Toyota rav 4 2005 model with Ford fusion 2012 model in this company. Wow ! it is really awesome that there are professional customer service at wheaton site who really taking care of me when i buy the ford fusion car.On this very busy day (August 4,2017),the expert team of Mr Emmanual and John Sanami, did an amazing job to speed up the purchasing process with Kensington financial inc and delivered the car to me on time. They communicated with me what they were doing and i was surprised there adorable knowledge about the credit development to minimize the interest rate for the purchasing process that i was not aware of. I am very satisfied with their expert and the wheaton administrative crew too.

For the price paid there's more car than there usually found in this size class. The back seat is extremely huge, and can fit a 6 foot person with generous legroom. Sure, it leaves a little to be desired in terms of get up and go, but this is by all accounts a very fine and well built sub compact that gets the job done and exceeds expectations.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

The vehicle may seem small but when you're driving it it has more room inside the most Hondas and other small cars lots of storage space, you can feel the quality of the car when you drive it it is not cheaply made, very tight steering and control

Easterns Automotive Group Alexandria is excellent. I live in Florida and after a month of looking for a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML 350 with all the options for my wife, I finally found one at Easterns Alexandria. On Tuesday night I called their headquaters to make sure the car was still available. On Wednesday morning I called the local dealership in Alexandria and spoke with Mirza. He was excellent. He helped me tremendously since I was a buyer from out of state on 3 major areas. (1) I wanted to pay a small deposit to secure and hold the vehicle until Saturday when I could get to Alexandria. Mirza ran around between his manager and the finance department and continually kept me updated via text and phone and I was able to pay the deposit over the phone and secured the vehicle. (2) I was already pre-approved by my local bank in Florida for the car loan. Mirza served as the liason between me and their finance department. I contacted my banker and she spoke directly with Mirza's team. We were able to reach an agreement about the finance procedure of how my Florida bank would release the funds on the loan to Easterns Automotive when I was able to get to Alexandria. (3) I had scheduled an appointment with a local Mercedes dealer to do a pre-purchase inspection of the car prior to my arrival. After I made the deposit, I asked Mirza to take the car to the MB dealer for the inspection in my absence. On Thursday night, Mirza dropped off the car and left it overnight at the MB dealer as we had arranged. By Friday the inspection was over. I paid the dealer over the phone and received the news that the car was in excellent condition. Mirza took the car back from the dealer on Friday. I arrived from Florida to Alexandria on Saturday with my wife and all the issues were already resolved with Mirza's help. We test-drove the car and then purchased the car. Everything was addressed prior to my arrival. Dan is a tough negotiator but a really good guy. He gave us a full tank of gas and we left for the long journey to Florida. Thank you Mirza for all your help. We love the car.

I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain
