An Outstanding Dealership

The people at EuroCar are simply excellent. And the inventory is unreal. I just purchased an SL63, and it was the smoothest car transaction I have ever had. On many difference occasions, I have been fortunate to have purchased Porsches, Ferraris, and BMWs, amongst other cars, but this was my first experience at EuroCar. Chris was far and away the best salesman I have met. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I called regarding the SL63 and rather than endlessly go back and forth about the price, we discussed a reasonable number, and when he spoke with Tilo, the owner, we closed the deal over the phone. That's not easy to do even in person, much less over the phone. Chris helped me arrange for a third party pre-purchase inspection and when I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed like it was brand new. I took a close look at the rest of the very high end exotics they have in their beautiful showroom and all of them were in near perfect condition. I come to find out Chris has nearly a 75% retention rate of customers and now I know why. Once there, I met Tilo and went through the process of the paperwork. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. No pressure, no tactics, and no salespitches. Too often, dealerships that sell small economy cars will try to sell a high end car, and the experience is frustrating and/or pressured. That's one of the many reasons I like EuroCar so much, since the cars sell themselves. Ask yourself when was the last time you took time to write a favorable comment in such detail? I wouldn't waste my time unless it was really worth sharing. I will be back to EuroCar to buy my next car, without a doubt.
