From the moment my husband & I entered the dealership , we were greeted with professional , knowledgeable & informative employees. Tom's personalized care assisted us in making the decision of the right vehicle to suit our needs . At our request , Tom also arranged for the vehicle to be driven to the Keys for our personal mechanic to inspect the vehicle prior to us committing to the purchase. Marty was especially accomadating in holding , maintaining the CR-V & arranging Paul to deliver the vehicle to us in the Keys . Paul arrived with the CR-V & was very patient discussing the paper work thoroughly. He demonstrated the use of all the options clearly with our return demonstration . I went with my older aunt and her husband (75 & 76) to lease a new car in West Kendall Toyota, delivering her old car as an exchange. We really were surprised by the care, expertise and diligence showed by Roberto Flexas, the sales representative, and Julian Bertel, the Finance Manager who closed the deal. We were aspiring to a certain price range with the most basic of cars an, thinking of a Toyota Corolla or a Camry if possible. Roberto Flexas did he's best efforts and among the whole inventory of 38 Toyota Camry's he found the only one who was almost a perfect match for our desires. They valued the car we were delivering at a just price and the final numbers were discussed by Julian Bertel to give us the final results that we gladly accepted because there were better that what we envisioned in the first place. We came out of the Dealer with a new car with a new plate, already paid in advance, with complimentary rugs we solicited and the best of attention. Alex Moises and Charles Mitchell are truly remarkable. Alex was showed extreme patience as I checked out and drove 4 different vehicles. Although he had to walk to retrieve several keys, he did so patiently and politely. He answered every question I had and gave great recommendations and advice. I then dealt with Charles and he is truly a people person. Down to earth and both he and Alex made interesting conversation during the whole process to keep me and my wife entertained. They both explained everything to me in detail and often asked if I had any questions on what they had covered. When I returned today to pick up my vehicle, Alex was off but came in willingly to prep the vehicle for me. Again, he and Charles were excellent and very knowledgeable. I also would like to thank Hector (GM) and Jose (Finance Mgr) as both of them were very helpful and made sure all my needs were taken care of. From the time I walked thru the door till the time I drove my Durango off the lot, I was treated as if I was the only customer in the place. Thanks guys for the treatment and care that you gave to me and my family.

I went today to this dealer to buy a car, everybody was so helpful , everybody was so nice i really appreciated all of their hard work because it is really helpful.I swear if it was possible i would give 10 stars , because they are the best. I would really recommend this dealer to everybody who is trying to find a car , and trust you would really get out of there driving. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
