I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
I am 62 years old. I have had many new cars and a couple of used cars in my time. I hate car dealerships. I hate car salesmen. I hate feeling like I'm being taken. I hate talking to typical salesman that look shiftier than our heads of government. Luckily for me, I hit the lottery. And his name was Dean Liu. He responded to my original e-mail (asking for info. on a car) within a few hours. He was extraordinarly warm and friendly. He was knowledgable. No matter what I wanted or needed, he was extremely attentive and helpful. There aren't enough positive words that I can say regarding this man. Thank you Dean. If you want a positive experience buying a used car, ask for Dean Liu at Begnal Motors, Kingston NY. If you want a new car, call Begnal Motors and ask if Dean can show you the new cars. I can't imagine it being anything but positive.
This is a great place. I purchased a new Tacoma recently. David was my salesperson. Randy was my finance manager. Everything went smooth and Randy even lowered the price of the truck to buy a warranty! It was practically free! I highly recommend this place!
