Dick Edwards and Dawn have taken good care of me for a long time ! My latest purchase I talked over the phone with Dawn about. She sent me web pages, then called to tell me she had just the car. I live about 25 miles south, and Dawn brought the car. I trusted her, so I told her to bring the paperwork too! She took my trade-in back with her and saved me a lot of time!
My car stalled, would not run. It needed a new battery.

I have given a five star rating to Mr. Eddie Miller at Robbins Chrysler DJRF because he was very professional, civil and courteous. He was informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly with a gentlemanly manner. He never once gave me the impression that his job was to squeeze every nickle out of me, for made-up car problems, that they could. That was very refreshing. In all of my dealings with Schram and now Robbins dealership, over nearly six years, I have had only excellent service, and highly recommend the dealership, and Mr. Miller, without reservation.
Friendly and professional customer service, quality vehicles to choose from with no pressure. Sales and finance Rep's were awesome. Parts ands service department are very efficient and always courteous. Thank you Robbins Team, all round great Costner care.
I am just so grateful to Brady Sauder and the detailed help he gave me over a four week period in my attempts to clear the paperwork that hampered my attempt to obtain a clear title to a 2010 Chrysler 300, purchased at Orviedo Dodge in La Grange TX. I have struggled with this issue on my own since August and really don't know what I would have done next if I hadn't decided to just walk in the door of his office one day with my files and ask for his help.
They have a friendly bunch of service people that are always ready to help and explain things you need to have done in terms that the average driver can understand. They don't try and sell you something you don't need and they get things fixed right the first time.
The moment I walked into this dealership I was greeted by everyone and made comfortable. No twenty questions and no pushing me into a decision. The quoted price was lower than expected. The dreaded all day affair purchasing a vehicle didn???t happen. Once they new what I wanted they processed my financials with friendly persition..
I have been very pleased working with Robbins, their whole team is great, I personally have worked with Cameron and could not have asked for better service, he helped me get a great deal and he has helped my in laws also. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I care about. I never once felt pressured to buy and I was never pushed in the direction of one type of vehicle vs another. Only offered information on the ones of my interest or any I had questions about. Normally buying a car is pretty stressful, my experience however was very pleasurable. The extended warranty seems great also I have yet to have to use it but the fact that a rental car is offered for free if the car needs to spend the day in the shop is worth it for that alone to me! Now if only the service department can remember to offer you the rental that's another story on it's own. But I do believe that has been addressed as well. I will definitely be returning to Robbins when it is time for my next vehicle and I highly suggest you stop in as well.
Top notch service. Everything from the start of our vehicle search has been excellent. Sales staff was excellent. Finance was the best I have ever received in over 30 years of buying cars. Service has been outstanding as well.
Excellent service it was fast and a painless process and Cameron was not pushy. I felt he was honest and there to assist me. I chose speaking to Cameron after a horrible experience at Dick Edwards I'm junction City and glad I did.
