We own a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. We had an emission sensor problem, an engine light on, and a "power reduced....see dealer" alert on our dashboard. We called Plaza Dodge and they got us right in the next morning, provided us with temporary transportation (since this was our only vehicle), gave us a rough idea of what was wrong, and sent us on our way. Teri (Service Advisor) was helpful, knowledgeable, and a strong cheerleader for us. The Dodge repair service was done promptly, they made sure the repair worked, and we picked up our vehicle the next day. The prices were reasonable and they warranty their work.....couldn't ask for more! Thanks!!!

I had a 2005 Ram 1500 and it was great. I love the new style of this truck, it had everything I needed. For the price it should have had at least heated seats.

I arrived at the dealership at around 11:30 AM with no intensions of purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to know what my 2014 Town and Country was worth as a trade-in. I had to have a vehicle in mind to purchase if a deal could be made. The sales person that I had talked with on a previous visit was Ralph Fevrier. I told him right off that I was not there to buy but to see and test drive a 2017 Pacifica (Chrysler of course). He asked me to tell him my Wants and Needs and he filled two columns. The first Pacifica he let me drive fell short of what I expected so I was ready to walk out but I still didn't have my trade-in value. Then he showed me a Pacifica that more closely matched my wants, needs and my Town and Country options. I loved the car but I was not happy with the purchase price. Edwin Morales stepped in and showed me the lease option was probably the way to go since I live in The Villages where golf carts are the major transport. I took the lease option on the car I wanted and was back on the road with it at around 6:30 PM. So I went from no intension to purchase to going home in a new Chrysler Pacifica. Kudos to Ralph. Edwin and all the sales staff with whom I interacted.

I love this truck. It is exactly what I was looking for. For the price and all the dealer incentives, I couldn’t pass up the deal
I recently posted this review rated (2) and wish to amend it. It seems after some research that the problem is not with the dealership but with the credit union. I'm leaving what I wrote before, not because it's true, but because I, better than anyone, know how it feels to make a mistake like this. Please get your facts straight before doing your review. I really regret having originally posting this review. My sincere apologies go out to this dealership. My recent oil change there went very smooth and the service department was very friendly. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 on December 24th, 2015 for $58,000. I went to my credit union two months later and they were willing to refinance 125% the value of the truck. So, they put everything in the computer and say they can not refinance the truck. They tell me the truck is only worth $38,000. So, I go home and get the sticker that was on the window and show them the value of the truck and they put all the information in and they tell me that is still not listed at the price they sold me the truck for. I feel that I was grossly overcharged for this truck and will not trust this dealership again.

Super comfortable, tons of space even with the quad cab. No complaints from average sized back seat riders. 6'4" don't like long trips.
V6 is plenty quick and the MPG are GREAT! Rides nicer than my Tundra and handles much smaller than it is. I can't say enough good things about this truck!! Beats the competition at their price and costs Thousands less!
I visited several dealers in the local area and not one measured up to Pearson Nissan of Ocala. 1st off I was met on a Sunday morning when the salesman would normally be off in order to accommodate my availability. 2nd my credit wasn't the best however, he made me feel good about a potential purchase regardless of my financial situation. (Everyone deserves a second chance). I explained my situation and what I could afford. And he was willing to work at getting me a good deal. I left Sunday with high hopes and a good feeling inside, some salesman can make me feel uneasy with their smooth talk and pressure. Not Rudy, he's very down to earth, very understanding and at the same time he's confident and caring, just genuinely a GOOD GUY. No bull no gimmicks. I'm glad I was referred to Rudy because he turned my hopes into reality. Thank u to the team at Nissan and most of all thanks to Rudy for treating me with honesty and fairness. I will refer your business any chance I get!

Very pleased with this truck. It has everything I was looking for along with decent gas mileage and a smooth ride. Plenty of room and very comfortable. No issues or complaints as of yet first ram I've owned and couldn't be happier
We have a beautiful new 2017 Chevrolet Equinox thanks to the folks at Palm Chevrolet. Jonathan Rodriguez did a terrific job answering all our (many) questions and, together with J.D. Piatek and the sales manager, they got us a great lease deal. We got a very fair price for our trade-in (2015 Ram 3500 DRW) and were happy all around. The whole atmosphere in the dealership was calm and relaxed with no sales pressure at all. Everyone we worked with just tried to help us make the right choices for us. It was the total opposite from what we experienced at the Honda of Ocala dealer. Originally, we wanted to buy a CRV or Accord but after the high pressure and rude treatment we got at the Honda dealer, we were so happy to bring our business to the folks at Palm Chevrolet. Thanks guys!!!

This is my third RAM. I love these trucks. I really like the changes they’ve made to the interior over the years. The crew cab is very spacious and I like the fold out shelf under the rear seat. There is plenty of lighting inside and out. The Hemi is a great engine and has all the power I need. I would fully recommend these trucks to anyone.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.

Our first purchase experience was accompanying my sister for a new car, with a 2014 trade-in. The initial meeting with the internet-sales rep was not pleasant, and the deal almost didn't work. However, a New Car Manager interceded and made sure that the deal worked. The Manager and Ramy in finance were great to work with, exhibiting the friendliness and commitment to customer satisfaction that your dealership offers. We left that day with her new car and an overall pleasant experience and felt that when the time was right for another Honda, we would return. We began our next search online and was contacted by Nick Desloover. We chatted and texted several times. On the day of our visit, we texted prior to arrival, for the purpose of Nick preparing to show us the exact CR-V we desired. He greeted us at the car upon arrival and proceeded to show us the vehicles available within our price range. Once it was clear that a deal wasn't in reach for a new CR-V, we inquired about a one-owner, low mileage, late model CR-V. Within minutes, he presented a beautiful, immaculate 2015 CR-V Ex that was IT. We made the deal to our complete satisfaction., trading our '09 Escalade. Once again, our experience with Ramy in finance was delightful. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my business life, probably in the order of 30-40. I can say, without reservation, that this dealership and it's management and staff are outstanding and at the top of all those with whom I've dealt. Friendly, knowledgeable, no high-pressure, totally focused on making the car purchase experience as pleasant and painless as possible. Thanks so much, Nick & Ramy for making it happen.
