2020 RAM 2500 Tradesman review
Great truck.
Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Met expectations
1st Ram I’ve ever owned went with 2020 6.7 Cummins tradesman with Ram box. My first choice was Ford F-250 diesel, but couldn’t find any dealership with them during the shortages. Went with Dodge cummins do pull dump trailer an excavator. Overall I’ve been really impressed, I’ve put this truck through xxxx and it has answered. The countless number of property improvements have been amazing! Pros interior, radio, and ride…great for road trips and hwy mileage is 20+ mpg. Cons, doors are clunky and heavy, recalls…can’t keep up with all the recalls, ram box is poorly designed doesn’t ever shut right…would advise against. Overall it’s a good looking truck, and it’s a work horse….definitely heavy duty!

We had a great experience dealing with John Adams GMC. We were interested in an F-250 that we had noticed on their lot over the weekend. When I hit them up they contacted me within an hour and set up an appointment to look at it. The salesman were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying something that I didn't want. They even let us take the truck overnight to ensure that we liked it prior to buying. After driving it we had a couple little nit picks that we wanted fixed prior to purchase. They gladly repaired the items quickly. Even after the purchase I am still in contact with Chris the salesman who is easily reachable and always willing to help.
