The other day i had the unfortunate experience of getting a flat while on my way to work. Not only was Livermore Ford able to replace my tires within 3 hours they also provided me with a great price. I was quoted twice as much by two other tire shops. Julio at the front desk made it a simple process and even provide me with a shuttle to get to and from work for the day.

I saw the car advertized on cars.com and went to take a look. Setting up an appoitment was easy and they had even brought the car in from the rain and dried it all off for me. The vehicle had some minor dents which they took care of very quickly at no charge. Overall a great place to buy a car - i will definetly return : )

Great truck for the money!

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.

Mark Cruz is the best! Hands down the most thorough and detailed "introduction" to my 2017 Toyota Prius. My first was in 2008 from a dealership that never explained how to start a hybrid. MarkCruz sat in the car with me for 40 minutes and set up my Bluetooth connections, my music, my navigation, updated the tech features using my phone, explained the safety features, and ALL the other bells and whistles. There was no pressure in his sales. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was totally legit. Not pushy or aggressive just chill and patient. Very helpful and professional...
