Just to be frank if you???ve been too or had any dealings with Melton???s let me tell you something, you???ll be hooked after you walk through the door. My wife was looking for a new vehicle to drive back-and-forth to work I swung by Meltons one day at lunch to see what they had on the lot as far as Used vehicle go. I found one I thought my wife would like so I took it home and showed her what I found. It was a slightly used compos although the vehicle is extremely nice it wasn???t what she was looking forPearl So the next day against my better judgment I took her to two different car lots were she had found some used vehicles online she wanted to take a peak at. The first Carlot we went to in order to even test drive a vehicle we have to give him so much Personal information and almost on over our first born just to be able to drive the vehicle off the lot. Then once we test drove the vehicle and upon inspection of it we realize that it Had been in a front end collision and the dealership was asking premium price. When we confronted the dealership about the previous damage to vehicle they denied any knowledge of what happen just the Carfax showed minor front end damage. We had already been informed by a friend of ours that work at this place but they had purchased it at auction racked in that they replaced and repaired all the damaged parts. When confronted about them not being forthcoming about the damage of the vehicle the employee said I know nothing about it and still wanted full price for the poorly repaired vehicle so we left. Then at the second dealership I have a truck that was bought and paid for that I was gonna sell I thought I would see what they would get for it Since the trade-in value of my truck was the same value of the car my wife was shopping for. They came back with a price they would be willing to pay for my vehicle which wires for thousand dollars less than Trade-in value. They then told me if I could prove another dealership would give me more than enough they were offering that would match the other dealerships price. Again we left frustrated and mad we left. Hey soon as we get to the truck to leave the salesman came back to offer us more money when we left I told my wife we need to do go to Melton???s I promised her we would not run into any problems like we had at the other dealerships there. She agreed and when we arrived at Meltons we dealt with Jeff Williams (sales manager) and Robert Melton (family owner) and I have to tell you right off the bat that made my wife feel extremely comfortable and everything was simple and easy we ended up buying are used certified jeep renegade. We were in an out Love the dealership in about an hour and 15 minutes signed sealed and delivered. And their prices being lower then the other dealerships for a national vehicle than the other dealerships was pretty great too. Oh and the truck that I was going to sell Robert Melton bought the truck for me for $4500 more then the other dealership was going to give me one trade, and let me take you home to remove all my personal belongings when it was convenient for me not them. So to sum it all up this is the second vehicle in the past six months that I bought from Meltons and I will not shop anywhere else again. You just cannot beat the customer service in the family van that you get at Miltons. Thanks again Jeff Williams and Robert Melton you made my wife extremely happy. May God bless you and your business

I contacted Ferguson Subaru in regards to a certified 2017 Outback that they had on their lot. I received a return contact the same day and quickly established a great relationship with Michael Altman. He was patient with all of my many questions and inquiries (I live 2.5 hours from the dealership) and I was quickly convinced that my next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru from Ferguson. We made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday morning and although Michael was sick and couldn't meet us that day he prepared Jeremy Bautista for our visit. Jeremy was equally knowledgeable about the Outback and it quickly became apparent that he was also a diehard Subaru fan. After several hours of test driving four different Outbacks we ended up buying a completely different version than we had planned - but it was the best experience I've had buying vehicles! Throughout the entire purchasing experience Ferguson's staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about the complete Subaru lineup and never employed a high pressure approach. Both Michael and Jeremy have followed up with me since taking delivery of our new Outback and have continued to offer advice and insights when asked. My only "complaint" is that I live 2.5 hours from this dealership! But I see that as on opportunity to just enjoy my 2018 3.6r Outback that much more...!

Truck pulls good for a gas motor (6.4) and the auto leveling suspension is a great option.
Truck is getting 14mpg on the highway. ..not bad for a 1 ton truck
