We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morning. In fortunately it was a Friday, so we didn???t get an update until Monday (which was expected). On that Monday we were informed the transmission needed to be replaced, and it could take a week or two due to the Holiday (again, expected). But to our surprise, we received a call on Friday evening letting us know our Jeep was ready to go! We were greatful it only took one week in all, and couldn???t have asked for better service.
The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.
My wife, son, and myself had a great experience at the Dodge Ram Dealership on Boulder HWY. The employee Sean French was excellent, he was honest, straightforward, very attentive, and overall a great employee. Due to his excellent service we left out the dealership w/ a 2018 brand new Dodge Journey. His overall attitude, persistence, and honesty ultimately left a lasting impression on me and my family and I recommend anyone to that particular dealership.
I left a message for the service department supervisor Levi. He contacted me first thing the next morning. He made no excuse for the bad customer service and experience, but instead apologized for the bad service I had received. He is fairly new to the location and he's working on making the service department better. He listened to my issue and was genuinely interested and concerned with correcting my experience with the service department, in which I truly appreciate. He has gone the extra mile to make me feel better about finishing what was not completed due to the part issue. He has made me comfortable knowing my truck would be finished on time. He has kept me informed about when my truck would be finished. He has given me faith in his service department.

Jason Brown was an excellent Volvo sales ambassador. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was, by far, the smoothest and easiest deal I have ever made on a new car. The volvo xc40 is a fantastic car and loaded with tons of safety technology and pure fun features. Very roomy as well. I am very pleased.
