Had a key problem (electronic) in older Porsche , was greeted professionally and very courteously.
I was out of town without appointment and they were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me.
Although I purchased only the key service, my car was washed, windows done, air in tires adjusted, keys were made and vehicle checked for safety issues, needless to say was quite pleased with their service department.
All this was accomplished within a short period of time, I watched several customers drive up for service and were greeted in the same friendly and professional manner.
Would recommend to friends.

Cannot say enough great things about my experience with Land Rover Las Vegas. We have worked with both John Clough in Service, and Charles Anderson in Sales -- both are outstanding. John has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied customers, with great communication from start to finish. I met Charles through a unique situation when we were in an unfortunate accident in our brand new LR4. Charles made the purchase of our new LR4 (our second in 8 months!) as seamless as possible, even offering to come to the house to help set up the garage remote in the vehicle, or anything else that we needed. Top notch experience, and I would absolutely buy from LRLV again. A+++++ experience.
Took me 3 days and I left the lot with my Genesis.

I believe Mike Simpson was meant to help me the day I walked on the lot. I called and was supposed to meet a completely different person but Mike seen me and worked hard to help me very closely even drove me home on the late nights.
As soon as we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Ruben. I came with the intention of only looking at the Jeeps available, Ruben was kind, helpful and extremely patient. At no point did I feel pressured to have to leave the dealership with a car. He really did an amazing job at finding me my dream Jeep with all the little details that I was looking for at a good price. Ruben made purchasing my dream car an enjoyable experience and the entire staff as well.
Nothing Chuck told us was true. He wasted our time over and over. He never quit talking or let us have control over the conversation. He is well versed in manipulative sales garbage ending every sentence with, "is that fair". The rest of the staff seemed very immature. Everything about Chuck is creepy. Stay away from this sales schmuck. And the sister dealership on the 215 is thousands less for the same car.
We looked all over the city for what we want witch a good car comes with great customer service. If you are in market for a car, don???t waste your time and hit to INFINITI Of Las Vegas. They are quick and honest with great prices.
