Painless New Car Order/Purchase

I'd like to start out saying that I was probably a terrible customer. I prefer communication over e-mail, was extremely picky, and had held myself to a strict budget that may not have been conducive to wanting the vehicle I wanted. That being said, Joy kept e-mailing me back, never once gave me that "sketch" feel that a customer with no experience talking to dealers might get, and never lost patience with me. I haven't bought a vehicle since 2003; and while I like to pride myself on being able to read deceptive behavior, I know I can also be easily taken advantage of when taken off guard. Not once did I question Joy's, or anyone's integrity at Chapman. All of my business was done at the annex part of the dealership, off of Boulder Highway. It may not be fancy with bright lights and slicked haired salesman ready to give you the best deal, but one thing I did notice, every employee knew each other well. Everyone could talk about Joy's eclectic good nature and people talked plainly to me. They all worked well together, and I would trust this team with all my dealership needs. Joy was certainly a joy to work with - she genuinely seemed happy to see her customers happy. Josh helped with the order and also provided any information I asked for during the ordering process. "Marine" also sat down with me and took good care of my new vehicle after it arrived. We spoke for awhile and I never once thought he didn't genuinely feel happy for me with the vehicle I ordered. Overall I am very pleased with the work at this location. The team camaraderie at this location, including the fleet maintenance office, made me comfortable and feeling accepted.
