Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a used 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport form West Herr Subaru and their customer service went above and beyond!
I first started looking for cars on Cars.com and kept finding cars that weren't as in good of a condition than what was said by the dealer. I then found the Subaru from West Herr and I was a little hesitant on contacting them because I live 2 hours away. Needless to say, I emailed about the car to see what would happen and I was quickly replied to by Kirsten. I explained my situation(living 2 hours away) but I was interested in purchasing the car. I asked for information on the car and I was then put into email contact with one of the main sales reps Ziad. He called me and talked to me about the car, told me about the buying process, even helped appraise a car I wanted to trade in and answered any questions I had on the car. He was kind, courteous and understanding and he did everything he could to make my buying experience great. I was then put in contact with a sales rep named Kyle and through email and texting(which I prefer to talking on the phone) he sent me all the information I wanted to know. After I had confirmed that I wanted to purchase the car, we set up a time for me to come in and check it out.
Once arriving, Kyle was quick to help me out with the rest of the process. I took the car on a test drive with him and he lead me around the area(because I was not familiar with the area). When we returned and was ready for the rest of the paper work, he explained everything, showed me how they go through each car and replace anything that needed fixing(fixed an exhaust leak and even put brand new tires on the car free of charge!) and made the experience one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.
When working with Sam from the Financial services department, he was a very upbeat guy and talked me through warranties and what they consisted of, helped me choose what ones I wanted or didn't want, and made sure everything was correct on the loan application.
I couldn't be happier with my experience with West Herr and their team of well trained employees. Usually when you are buying a car, you feel pressured, I never felt that way and everyone I worked with were very relatable which made the process even better!
I want to thank Kirsten, Ziad, Kyle, and Sam for making this car buying experience outstanding! Honestly the hardest part of the experience was finding the dealership because I got off on the wrong exit! haha
