Drove over for an oil change appt at 3pm and my appt was for the 7am the following morning. Was just going to drop the car off but Kayla, the service advisor, said they'd probably be able to get the job done that afternoon. Sure enough, she called about 5:30 and the car was ready. Picked up the car right at closing, drove off and then noticed the front headlight was out. Drove back to the dealership and was debating on leaving it overnight and Jessica, who took our payment, was walking out to go home. She stopped and asked if everything was alright. When she heard the headlight was out, she said to come back by the next day while she was working and she'd get it replaced at no charge. My son stopped by the following day and she got it all fixed up. Thanks again Jessica!
