I was looking specifically for this model car because of the safety features. No one locally had it - So I took the drive to Utica, after making sure they still had the one listed on Carfax. I love the color, style, handling, and quiet. My Baby Blu is amazing.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

We have owned this car for about a month and a half and have not yet refilled the tank. It is very convenient to run around and do local errands and shopping with just using the electrical battery power that costs less than half the price of gas. We roughly get 15-17 miles on a single charge. This is more than enough to get us around locally and perform everything that we need to do.

Esteban was great at helping us out with a used Highlander. Made the process easy and was very honest throughout the entire process.

Always get great results from Anchor Subaru. Ease of access to an appointment. A very clean and comfortable waiting area. Snacks if you need them. The advisor will let me know if anything needs to be addressed.

I will say this was one of the best buying processes I have ever had purchasing a car. This dealership is extremely professional. They don't waste time either and get to the point with everything. Service was the best experience. I was not a huge fan of the bank initially as they are hard to get a hold of. However, the Willis pros are top notch. My friend also had a great experience.

I’ve Had the car a few weeks and has use has been negligible. Bright blue and handles well. Easy to charge at work or home.

We just bought a lightly used 2020 Subaru Forester from Albany Subaru and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! We even got a 43" Smart TV as a bonus! I love my new car!

Bruce was great! Very attentive, responsive, honest and fair. The deal was pretty much made before I made the 1.5 hr ride to WRJ and no haggling was required. Being a late Saturday, they could not finish the deal and offered to drive the car to us. Any issues or concerns with the used vehicle we purchased was taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. It meets all my basic requirements. I wish the dash board is digital and not so cluttered. The size of this car fits my requirements.

After being frustrated with Tesla, we decided on a new Subaru due to its high safety rating. Our salesperson was Tom and he was great. Everything went smoothly and I love my new Crosstrek.

It runs great and plug in makes it environmentally sound. I recommend it highly. It will give you approximately 75 miles a gallon after you learn how to drive a hybrid.

I generally do not do reviews, but I feel I must express my experience with Valley Nissan in Longmont, Colorado. I live in Boulder and have been considering a new Nissan Leaf, after contacting several dealerships, I have to say that Valley Nissan was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership. From my initial contact with Blake the Internet Director, outstanding communication, he respected my preference in the way I wanted to communicate, answered my questions quickly and directly. Once I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by both Blake and my sales consultant Leon, who had all paperwork ready to go for a quicker transition. Leon went over the car with me , answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable; (this was very appreciated as this is my first electric car). This outstanding customer service continued with the Finance Manager Nate, he came out and introduced himself to me, explained the rest of the process and when I would be with him to finalize all paperwork. The thing that impressed me with Nate was, he did not try and sell me a bunch of products/coverage, he presented me with what he would recommend based on how I was purchasing my car-so refreshing! What a great team at Valley Nissan, I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to these guys! I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!
