The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.
Mike, the service shop's manager, is one of the most strait forward, honest, customer service based people I've ever come across. I came in for a simple oil change and was in and out quickly. I had questions and he had no problem taking time out of his day to help me. Thanks again!
I have had my car for many months now and I enjoy driving it....looking forward to see how well it really does handle in the snow. The staff was very nice, friendly, and busy. My experience at the dealership was good but not great. I thought I would have a personal follow-up call from the dealership/salesman to see how the car was working out for me but never did get a call. I did call the service department recently and the gentleman took time to explain my concern and was very nice on the phone.
