Amazing car buying experience!

I loved my first first, but it was getting beaten up and wasn't conducive to my job and hobbies. After some soul searching, I decided it was time for a change and had always heard great things about Subaru.
My parents went in the day before I did to look at possible car options for me, where Vicki initially helped them. She was so helpful, in fact, that we made sure that when I visited with them myself the next day, we specifically asked to speak to her.
She talked to me briefly about what I was looking for in a car and immediately knew which to recommend, allowing me to take a test drive in both. The test drive she took me on helped me see myself in the car in real life, and highlighted all the features of the car. There wasn't a single question she couldn't answer, and she was a wealth of information on both cars. It was obvious she truly loved Subarus. She could see which one I was leaning towards, and knew of a brand new dealer trade that happened to be exactly what I wanted. We put a hold on the car and returned a few days later, again specifically waiting to see Vicki.
I have NEVER had such a pleasant, easy experience buying a car, it took no time at all and the time spent was like hanging out with a friend. Vicki helped me get exactly the terms I wanted, and then sat with me in my new car to go over important features and answer any questions before I left. This location itself was full of the nicest people, just wanting to help as opposed to force a car on me. I LOVE the car, and felt extremely confident buying it. Vicki really made the experience though, and is obviously an asset to this company. Friends and family have heard of the experience with her, and are now considering purchasing/visiting Subaru because of the customer service I received.
