Except for Matt, while staff called him a Guru of accessories, he didn't seem to know much if anything, no personality and appeared very bored with his position. Maybe needs a new job, at the unemployment office holding down the floor
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.
I was hesitant to come back to this location because my last experience was not very good. Recently I found out that I could only get the wipers from the dealership so I had to go back. I went to the parts department and they had exactly what I needed and they told me that the service department could install them. The service people were awesome!! They washed my car, were polite, and got the job done fast.

Highly recommend for a long distance purchase. Was the easiest and quicker purchase I have ever had, lots of deals and inventory to choose from. I purchase a new vehicle every 12-18 months. I have dealt with every dealer in Utah County and the majority in Salt Lake County. Most of these dealings did not end in a sale due to poor customer service, knowledge etc.
I’m a self-admitted demanding customer, which naturally would preclude several dealerships.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Doug Smith Jeep, American Fork, in the past 4 months. One new vehicle had issues I wouldn’t tolerate and the dealer worked with me and gave me a fair deal on a second vehicle, which was the same model etc. This would total 3 vehicles in 4 months.
Chris Smith and Gabe Smith are the most friendly and professional car sales folks I have ever dealt with. They understand the customers needs and wants and work tirelessly to make things happen.
They truly work for the customer. They are not pushy, overbearing or otherwise unpleasant.
The buying experience with them and their dealership is absolutely second to none.
I will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealer as long as they work at Doug Smith.

The folks at Doug Smith Kia are awesome to work with. No pressure at all. They work with you and give you their best offer without all the hassle. Just bought a new 2018 Stinger G2. Dave Smith, Jeff Hartley and Darin Elggren were amazing to work with. Darin is an incredible salesman & Dave & Jeff gave me a great deal. What an awesome car from an incredible dealership. They treat you exactly like you are a member of their family.
Marcos was great to work with. He followed through and delivered on everything he said he would. We got the car we wanted and have loved it. We had to have something repaired before we took delivery but they fixed the item and we absolutely love our new vehicle. Will definitely buy another car from here.

I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.
Jeramiah was not trying to just sell me a car, but actually get to know me and what exactly I needed in a car. We went through many different cars until we found one that was the right fit for me. He was patient, understanding and had above and beyond service to make sure I was not only getting everything, but the best of everything in my car buying experience. From the moment I pulled into the service center I was courteously welcomed. The representative reviewed with me the purpose of the service requested and also arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. I went to the customer waiting area and ordered a cinnamon roll. The work on my car took less than an hour and a complementary car wash had been provided. This is my first Subaru and first experience with the service at Mark Miller Subaru and I am totally impressed.
My 12 month service was completed very quickly and entirely satisfactorily. The inclusion of a complimentary car wash made the visit all the more productive and enjoyable.
