That was a walk-in as my check engine light was on for two days. While they were fixing the issue with my engine light, they also took chance to fix the issue of noise and vibration when braking. During the process, the service rep Dave Zelen came to talk to me many times to update me on the status. He also gave me an estimated time of fixing the squeaky noise on both my driver and passenger seat and how to book a loaner car beforehead. Very happy for the services they performed. Dave also emailed me days after to follow up to make sure everything went well.

This is a great vehicle and we're so glad that we purchased one. We've had a couple of minor things go wrong that should not have such as the drivers side visor starting to squeak loudly. All said we are very happy with this car. On the down side there is now standard technology out there that is not available. Automatic wipers are missing and items like remote start and subaru's safety and security package are extra when Honda includes them both free. But my biggest issue is not the car it's that there is no convenient dealersl or service anywhere near me. The nearest service is 45 minutes away. The next car will have to be available locally.

I had a battery with one bad cell (or so AAA told me after they started my car). So I called and then drove straight to Paul Miller Subaru which, as it happened, was having a sale on batteries. I checked into Express service and asked them to put in a new battery and check my wiper blades. The whole thing took about 20 minutes and I was back driving to work with a new batter for $100 plus installation and a new free set of wiper bladed that happened to be under warranty after 8 months. Pretty cool.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you as a follow-up from my service appointment on May 22, 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with my 2014 Honda Crosstour. When I start the car I push the start button along with the brake and I get a high pitched noise. I turn the car off and retry sometimes having to do this more than once, as the car does not always start. This happens two, sometimes 3 times per week. Initially, I brought my car in for service on June 6, 2017 and a new starter was installed. In January, 2018, I brought the car back to the dealer with the same problem. The service people could not find a problem. As the problem was never resolved, on May 22, 1018. I again brought the car back to the dealer: still couldn???t find a problem. I was told told bring the car back in and leave it for the day so they could check it by starting it throughout the day. This procedure was also done when the car was there in January of this year. (problem unidentified) I have spoken with other Honda owners online and they are having the same problem, and receiving no solution. What???s up with that? This is my 5th Honda but quite possibly my last. The service writers, especially Allison Hull, has been sympathetic to my plight, however this is not getting my car fixed. I love my Subaru. I am so happy I bought it. I do have a couple of suggestions about something that is a problem. Changing the clock is a real challenge. I get my son, a computer network engineer, to do it for me and he even says he wonders why they made it so difficult. My neighbor said she looks up a video on YouTube to change hers. I need to check that out cause my needs changing right now and will not see my son for another month. Another thing is the odometer could be better to view at a glance. I don't want to figure out where 55 is when I am driving. I still have not figured out how to get my cell phone to work through the car.

I just recently purchased a 2019 Subaru Ascent Touring from Liberty Subaru (my second Subie purchased from them). The service was stellar, as I expected. Dan (Meola) checked up and checked in many times during the pre-order and sales process. My salesperson, Brian Goon was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and helped me configure exactly what *I* wanted in my Ascent (no easy task, since we were trying to assemble a pre-order before the accessories list was even finalized). When the car was finally delivered to Liberty Subaru, even before I signed the paperwork, Brian spent nearly an HOUR explaining EVERY button, knob, switch, setting, dial and readout inside and outside of the car. No, seriously, it was a 100° day, and we started on the outside, where he showed me how to remove and install the hitch cover, how the approach lighting and door lock/unlock sensors worked, where the cameras were, how to fold the 3rd row from the back, where the power was in the back, how the lift gate worked, etc, etc - in the brutal heat. We then moved on to the interior, where he explained everything on the inside from the simple stuff like how to operate the seats to the more complex stuff, like every setting in the Infotainment system, and the readouts on all three LCD displays. He then went through what every manual in the car was and pointed out the ones that were the most important (Eyesight, folks. READ THE EYESIGHT MANUALS), even though he'd already given me a crash course in everything in the manuals. Moving on from there, Tom in Finance finalized my financing - always a pleasure to deal with him!!! I had THREE order changes on my vehicle (I requested all of them) that affected financing, and Tom worked with me through every one of them! He helped me get the best rate and terms and found what *I* wanted for financing to make things work for me! By the time I'd left (after my first "off-road" trip onto their front lawn for a photo), Starlink was set up and done, they'd already cooled the car for me, and I felt comfortable with driving my new purchase!!! I'm tagging Ed Vogel in this as well - he was NOT my salesperson for this sale, but did help with some additional communications during the process and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Ed was my salesperson for my first Subie - a 2010 Subaru Outback. Ed and Brian are night and day in some respects. Ed is more laid back and quiet, while Brian is more enthusiastic and "excited". But, from there, it's all similarities... they both would only sell me exactly what I wanted. Neither of them ever pushed me to anything else or to buy anything I didn't want. Both of them answered every question with a ridiculous level of honesty that's rare to find in many car dealers. They both would answer questions and then wait for me to decide what I wanted. Different approaches, different people, but amazing experiences with both of them. Ed makes you feel comfortable and at ease while Brian feeds your excitement about your purchase - all while both of them provide stellar service in their own unique ways. You can't go wrong either way!!!

I like this vehicle except for the engine shutting off when stopped. it does have an override switch, but if I forget to set it the engine will automatically shut off. that's the only thing I don't like about this car.

I went to Paul Miller Subaru dealer on Route 46 in Parsippany, NJ for an Express Oil and Filter Change. The service people were pleasant and efficient. My time spent at the dealer was less than an hour. My car was serviced, washed, and the inside was vacuumed. And I got to relax reading a good book as I waited. My 1st Forester is a 2009 turbocharged model which is still going strong with 110,000 miles. The newer Foresters offer safety and convenience features mine doesn't have so I decided to upgrade. The 2019 Forester no longer offers the turbocharged version so I opted for a certified pre-owned 2018 XT Touring which has a turbocharger. I love the vehicle but because the turbo is no longer available, the used turbo versions have become quite pricey. I am keeping the old one for hauling dogs, lawn equipment and towing my utility trailer. The new one will be just for people for now. The vehicle is just the right size. I am 6'4" and would appreciate a little more leg room and thigh support but the Forester is as comfortable as any other small SUV I checked. There is plenty of headroom. The turbo does require premium fuel and has a lower mileage rating. With the turbo and sports tuned suspension, it is a fun vehicle to drive and worth the money to me. In over 10 years, the older one left me stranded only once when a drive belt broke after 100,000 miles. Based on reviews, I expect the same reliability from the newer one.

I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional. What a pleasure! If you are as OCD as me and do your homework in researching a vehicle and its pricing as well as dealer reviews and you are looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. First off, I have owned and/or currently owned Nissans, Toyotas, Jeep, Plymouth/Dodges, Acura, Suzuki (don't ever do that!), Hyundai, and Ford/Mercury's. In fact, I owned a 1976 Subaru box car (orange) to which the head gasket blew within 4 months of ownership, so I was a bit queasy trusting Subaru again. More and more research including articles from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars, etc., all pointed to, for me, the Outback and so far, knock on wood, I am pretty confident that the decision I made was right. As to Bill Kolb, Jr., I had the pleasure of dealing with Holman Cano; professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach to which most of our conversations were by telephone or e-mail. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours at the dealership in two days. 1 night to see if the vehicle was right for me and getting to the price and financing again, right for me; and the other time was to go over the vehicle in detail. A++++ to you guys. Hope to deal with you again when my wife is in need of a car.

The Subaru manufacturer produces top quality cars at common man prices. My used 2016 Forester 2.5i is a base trim model, however, it has what I really need in a car without the up charge. The engine is well sized for the the vehicle; it is paired with a CVT transmission. The combined effect is that with little pressure on the gas peddle, the car springs into action. (No more holding up the line when the light turns green.) Last weekend I took the car on a camping trip. Some of the roads of the campground were muddy and uneven with 2 inch stones. The high suspension and symmetric 4 wheel drive of the Forester handled the roads effortlessly. On the highway to and from the campground, the Forester was a smooth well handling ride, even over the winter torn roads. There is plenty of torque at highway speeds for highway acceleration. The cabin interior layout places the major controls at easy reach. The operation of the infotainment system is reasonably user friendly, and there are quick controls on the steering column. In summary, my Subaru Forester is is a well equipment, quality vehicle, especially considering it is the entry model. Based on Consumer Reports I expect a long and trouble free (reliable) service life. Good quality, reliable, reasonable price = valve, value, value.

I now recall that Marc Debenedictis worked with me for way over 6 months as I considered many options. I started with exploring buying or leasing a used Impreza; whether to trade-in or not and/or how to add another car. I had to decide for whom I was getting this second car: me or my son! From Marc's creative knowledge of options such as Military Offers to Leasing vs. Owning, I drove off with my new Legacy with Eyesight Safety feature. This is my 3rd experience with Curry Subaru and my 3rd Legacy Sedan with the All Weather package. Now we are a TWO Legacy family, and my job is done. While shopping for a used, low-mileage Subaru Legacy I stopped in to Ramsey Subaru to test drive a 2014 2.5i Limited and a 2011 3.6R. I decided although I enjoyed the 3.6R's added horsepower, the fuel economy and super low-mileage on the 2.5i Limited made it a better value (not to mention the fact that it was also a CPO -- Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I was not set on the sticker price at the time, came in spoke to another sales associate and it didn't seem like they were willing to budge on it. I gave them my information and asked them to call me when the price came down. I went to several dealerships in the area to test drive other used Subaru Legacys and other comparable cars (Acura TL, Acura TLX, etc). After returning home the following weekend, I noticed that the car had dropped near $1900 on car gurus. It was Saturday night and I knew the dealership was closed on Sundays, but I called and e-mailed anyway. I told My sales consultant Dan Willis that I'm ready to put a deposit down on the 2014 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited that I had test drove the week before. He got back to me first thing Monday morning, I put down a $1000 deposit. The dealership was very patient with me as I wanted to get a couple of fixes done to my 2005 Subaru Legacy that I planned on giving my nephew for his 17th Birthday. When working out the numbers with the Finance Manager, Michael Pandolfelli, I was given a couple of interest rates for different finance terms, I told him that he absolutely has to continue to work and get me a lower rate. A day or two later he called me back with an excellent rate with my bank of choice! When I came in to pick up my new car and finalize the paperwork, I noticed the price had dropped AGAIN on the dealership website, when I asked him to honor the newly discounted price, Michael said he can do that for me. When discussing extra options like extended warranties, it was slightly over the monthly payment I had OK'd myself to spend. He asked me what that monthly payment would be (difference of $3 or $4 / month), he made that happen, as well. After signing off, Dan Willis the Sales Consultant, brought me to my immaculately clean new (used) car and gave me a full walk-through on all the features the car included: Power-Sun Roof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, Heated Seats, Back-Up Camera, Stereo and many other features. He made sure he answered any questions that I had for him and was happy to drive home. These two made my buying experience a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ramsey Subaru in the future!

Have owned 2 Volvos and the company lost it's spark. Subaru has that spot in my heart now. From the 5 star crash rating (except front passenger seat is 4 star) to great reliability records and good tech stuff I am thrilled.

Why in the world did I give up my beautiful Benz for a Subaru Outback? Simple: The Outback is a great vehicle. From its good looks, great feel, quality interior materials, comfort AND reliability, Its multiple safety factors are another big plus, not only for me, but, for my family members, including grandsons who are clamoring for a chance to drive it. Also, I don't have to strain my back and legs sitting in the low designed MB E350, which I had enjoyed for many years. Getting in and out of the Outback does not pain my senior-citizened aging body. It's easy to get in, get out and very comfortable to sit in and drive. I love the design, all around. The trade in and sales process was painless. First, the sales person, Dan Rovelli was polite, personable, professional and knowledgable about the product. I submitted a request through the Liberty web site specifying what I wanted and within hours, he got back to me by email with the exact car (color inside and out) that I wanted equipped exactly the way I wanted. And, the price was the lowest I had gotten from other dealers. The trade-in given for my MB E350 was higher than the other dealers. I picked up the car and it was delivered within 24 hours of my first contact with the dealership. Dan stayed in touch with me by email to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and encouraged me to ask him any questions. I did, and he responded within an hour. If I can give Dan 6 stars instead of 5, I would. He is a true gentleman and was a delight to deal with.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. 56k 5 yrs 1 trouble with a fuel sensor. can't find a perfect vehicle but this has served me very well. I feel confident with its safety including eyesight. I feel secure driving in heavy rains, no snow in my area. That fun factor of awd is great. I haven't used it a lot, but a little bit of off road and beach driving is good fun. I hear of some reliability concerns by others on line, but I have not had troubles, except 1 sensor. I read the cvt tranmission warrenty was extended to 100k miles, more peace of mind as I do not have an extended warrenty. I feel more connection to this car than any other car. It does me well!!

Excellent vision in all directions from the Forester. We like the no non-sense styling of the Touring 2.5i. Easy to get into and out of which matters if getting a few years on you. Very good gas mileage and handling with excellent performance. The AWD is certainly one of many key selling points. Fit and finish is excellent with very good reliability so far. We think it is a excellent SUV and would definitely purchase another Subaru SUV if needed.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I like the comfort and the visibility of this car. All who have ridden in it feel that it’s comfortable too. Love the eyesight package which gives warnings regarding blind spots and so forth. Find it very easy to parallel park. My only complaint is that the audio controls aren’t intuitive to use, at least for me.
