We already knew what we wanted, but needed to actually drive both models to be sure. Mattison was very helpful and patient with us, and even helped me link my phone up which probably wasn't necessary, but really appreciated. I don't care for the price negotiating process, my husband does, but even that went pretty well. Over all I got a very nice Christmas present.
My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Zeigler. The communication was excellent and led to us buying a vehicle the day after we reached out to them. Gary was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely consider Zeigler for future vehicle purchases!
I found the entire experience delightful and that is an unusual statement when making an automobile purchase. I have been a Spangler customer since 1988 and over the years things have just become better and better. The Service center staff are very competent and helpful. As a single female, I find I can ask any question without fear. Both Jim and Jeff take time to explain any service required and help me make good decisions. Everyone at Spangler is kind, understanding, and responsive. Because I live more than 50 miles from the dealership, they work with me in scheduling service. I would not go to another dealership - even one only 15 miles away.
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue at Hollern and sons. I found a car on their website and then I stopped in and talked to Joe Walters and he showed me the car and answered all of my questions. Joe suggested we take the car for a test drive. Joe was very informative and I purchased the car. I was looking for a specific vehicle and contacted several dealerships. Thomas Honda via Rich Berkey was THE ONLY dealer who was responsive to my search for a used vehicle. Rich was an absolute pleasure, he explained everything very thoroughly, kept in constant contact, and followed up with me every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly. They were very transparent about costs, fees, taxes etc...no jumping through hoops to get a good price and the whole experience was stress free.
Haven't bought a vehicle yet. But so far, just talking with them about one, has been super. (Even if its just to get the sale) they/he has been more than helpful in getting me into ride. My current car has just had an issue with starting and is too much for me to fix, being its paid off with no current warranty. In short, they'll do a trade in and are doing most the work helping with down payment loan, including getting me a ride to the loan place since my car isn't starting. So, so far really food. I will update after receiving a vehicle. (Hopefully the SUV I've been eyeing up in the inventory online)

Have always received immediate service. Appreciate the multi-systems check done each time we take our car in. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Our car is washed each time it is serviced.
I got the simoniz treatment inside and outside they told me it would take about 3 hours but it didn't take that long even with doing a front end alignment plus I had rugs on the floor and they weren't even moved so I don't know how they did the carpeting . The outside was supposed to be washed but there still stuff along the bottom. I had an appointment but at first nobody seemed to know anything about it
Everyone from the front door to the time we left were sincere, genuine, friendly, supportive, and all around good people. Carlos was awesome with my grandson, who took pictures of him, many, many pictures. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for great service and a good experience Stuckey Ford is the place to go.
Worked me in because I managed to have two cars out of inspection. I thought there was a month leeway after it was due. When I called they were full for a week, but when I said about my dilemma, they ???worked me in.??? I am extremely grateful!
