Very good if you live in the snow or in the mountains or hills. Subaru has truly mastered the symmetrical 4wheel system. Can’t go wrong with it. And this car still gets the same gas mileage as it’s compe like Camry and accord of same years who don’t have the extra stuff like the 4wd.

Thank you for the opportunity to offer my feedback! I purchased my car at the Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River New Jersey. Quite honestly, when I set out on the morning to purchase my car I did not expect to purchase a Hyundai. I started out at the Honda dealership, went to Subaru, then Chevrolet, and finally ended up at Hyundai. The priority in my choice was centered on the best visual safety package, being I have no vision in my left eye. Initially, I was drawn to the Chevy Cruise for the previously stated reason. Also, I liked the way the Chevy Cruise felt when I was in the driver seat and the overall features of that particular car. What allowed for me to leave the Chevy dealership that morning was three-part: #1, The Sales Associate was unable to locate the car with all features I wanted. He need to "work on it." #2, After negotiating price I was not pleased with the amount I would have to pay. #3, Although I made it very clear (reentered a few times) that it was me who was purchasing the car not my husband, the Sales Associate focused a lot of his attention on the wrong customer...MY HUSBAND. Wrong move! Good ending to the story---I left the Chevrolet dealership and walked into Hyundai. There we were immediately greeted with a Sales Associate who was a good match from the get-go, Martin ("Marty") Stab. Courteous, well-versed, genuine, respectful of our time, and willing to do whatever he could to make the experience of purchasing the right car as easy and positive as possible. Oh...and yes! He respectfully spoke towards the right customer. Me! Fast forward---when we came back for the second time to go through the financing and sign off on the dotted line my son Anthony was with me. Anthony is an extremely ABLED young man with a developmental disability. From the moment of introduction Marty and he hit it off. Why? Because Marty SAW HIM rather than THROUGH HIM. Never underestimate the watchful eyes and listening ears of a parent . Especially, when so many other things may be distracting your attention! I hope what you are gathering from my overall comments is that Marty was truly the difference between my buying the car OR simply walking away. Price: Very fair. Although there was no real negotiation, I was happy given that the initial price was more than fair for what I was buying. The final cost before fees was $12,995 and after fees was $14,650. Service: I had my mechanic inspect my 2012 Ford Mustang V6 convertible, and he found it to be a high quality car. Nicky was kind enough to let us test drive it a second time at closing time, and allowed me a few days to secure financing with my credit union with only a verbal agreement and a deposit to purchase. Grade A service. Dealership setup: I recommend researching your potential car(s) and setting an appointment before visiting, because I test drove with a different salesman before closing the deal with Nicky. I even walked off the lot before coming back five minutes later to place a deposit. It may be a confusing setup to a casual walk-up impulse buyer. Overall experience: Although I am generally skeptical of non-affiliated used car dealerships, Auto Avenues did a fine job and my mechanic approved of my purchase. Hopefully the car lasts long with no major issues, but I’d be happy to return again if the car lasts.

If you want to be treated with respect & compassion in your quest for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Bryan Hughes, who was vitaL in helping me acquire a 2018 B5 BLUE 392 T/A CHALLENGER. Back when I was 20 years old I had a 1972 Challenger and wanted another one as a retirement present to myself.It is a 2018 color that wasn't available until mid-March and I got a very superlative deal and price from Bryan Hughes that was way better than any other NJ dealer. If I wanted a better deal I would have had to go to North Carolina. I planted seeds with Bryan approximately 2 years ago, with my quest to buy this specific color Challenger. He was like a younger brother(that I never had), to me and treated me with the utmost respect and knew how compassionate I was to acquire this car. Best car buying experience ever! My husband Joseph arrived earlier than expected yesterday at Audi Dealership only to be warmly welcomed by the new General Manager Jeff Spilsbury (who has just started two days ago). Jeff immediately gave me the privilege of working with a true professional salesman Howard Rabkin. Not only did they give us top dollar for our trade , they also gave us a great deal our new 2014 Mercedes Benz ML 350. They had a great selection of pre owned used vehicles on their front line of their used car lot.I also must give special thanks to Cameron the product specialist who on this hot 100 degree day help me set up my new vehicle,as well as clean out my trade in.I would also like to give a shout out to the Service Department Manager John Lynch for pulling off a last minute request on my end of fresh oil change(which the dealership gave me as a thank you present) John the Finance Manager worked very hard to give us the best rate possible and and he lets us go to the mall shopping while he was preparing our paperwork and called us when it was our turn to finalize the deal so we literally done in less than 15 minutes.THIS IS WHAT I CALL FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM EVERY DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!! Reliable but Brash

The Subaru Legacy is an excellent vehicle. Subaru has nailed the practicality formula with this vehicle. It is large inside, gets excellent fuel economy, has strong mechanical components (engine, trans, AWD system), and is a perfect family vehicle, though the engine is lacking in power. However, and this is a big, however, the Subarus are NOT built for your comfort. The seats are comfortable enough, as is the ride comfort, but the lack of refinement is alarming. The vehicle is loud, brash, and has little concern for luxury. The interior trim is cheap plastic and rough to the touch. There is very little sound deadening, a decibel meter read 79 decibels at only 50 mph, unacceptable in modern vehicles. Reliability is something great to be concerned about, and Subaru offers an excellent package for reliability and practicality, however, the lack of concern for refinement and quality engineering, especially in todays market, is bad enough to make me sell the car. In a modern market, reliability is something that can be found in most vehicles, but modern interiors have improved far past where Subaru is currently. Want reliability, get a Toyota. Need AWD, get a Toyota RAV4. Your comfortable bottom will thank you for it.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

I've been driving for over 40 years! In the past I've owned a Maserati , a few Jaguars, a few Mercedes,a few Cadillacs,VWs and more! As every one can tell by now I had my share of experience with cars salesmen and their managers and finance department ! Honestly the best experience ever was at World Subaru in Tinton Falls! In comparison with other dealerships, they gave me the best deal,the salesman and the manager, Shane, treated me in such a friendly and respectable way with no pressure of any kind! As for my 2016 Impreza hatchback super loaded 4 wheel drive sport limited, I consider it to be one of the most interesting cars I've ever driven! I would recommend the dealership and this car to anyone! I haven't experience the service department yet , but when I do, I will offer my honest comment to all!

Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Automatic on/off headlamps and awesome fog lamps that individually turn on when making a turn to increase your visibility of the immediate low ground road which allows you to dodge every pothole.

This is my first Subaru...... and it has been nearly 10 years since I bought a car! I wasn't looking forward to car shopping again......But, a friend just bought an Outback from World Subaru and told me of the great experience they had there.! I researched the Subaru and found out what a great reputation (and following!) it had! (But...I still wasn't sure.... ) I was lucky enough to have Steve Stigliano approach my husband and I as we looked through the lot. Steve provided me with his card + cell number, but never was pushy;never pressured me: he was very easy to talk to;explained the different models; and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. As we sat by his desk, the deal was made effortlessly! And Steve handled the paperwork quickly yet efficiently! If you are looking for a salesman who has these qualities, well then Steve's your guy! 5 STARS FOR STEVE STIGLIANO!!!!! Next, we went to see the Financial Mgr. Kristen Inaugurato. Well, another pleasant experience! She was not pushy, extremely efficient and friendly. She explained the service contract we bought and answered all our questions quickly! 5 STARS FOR KRISTEN INAUGURATO!!!!! It's not over yet....Then we went to see Customer Care Representative Tara Mullins! Did you ever want someone to talk to you about the car you just bought? .....and explain to you all the features your new car has? Well Tara took me out to my new car and sat inside with me... explaining everything! (Such patience!) (Time was not an issue) She set up my Bluetooth, explained the many features my new car had and had me demonstrate to make sure I "got it"! Now it had been a while since I bought a car, but no one ever gave me that support! In the past, it had been "Here's the keys....Good Luck to You!"(I am dating myself because we don't even use "keys" anymore!) Tara handed me her card and yes...I have called her cell for additional info! Again, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and still encouraged me to call back with any questions! 5 STARS FOR TARA MULLINS!!!!! Lastly, I had stopped by World Subaru for paperwork and needed to ask another question about my new car. Nicole Sciamarelli eagerly went out to my car with me and programmed in the information I wanted. Again, she encouraged me to reach out to them with any questions. 5 STARS FOR NICOLE SCIAMARELLI!!!!! In closing, to sum it up: World Subaru made my buying experience pleasant and I got the car I wanted for price I was willing to spend. But it was the employees like Steve,Kristen, Tara and Nicole who really "sealed the deal"! World Subaru should be proud they have employees that are so caring,professional and dedicated! They are the reason I would come back!........Thank You All!

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!

I purchased my 2017 Subaru Outback this past July 2017. The buying experience was one of the best I have had (and I have purchased over half a dozen cars from Mercedez, to Volkswagens, to Hondas, and Cadillacs). Alli was a great sales person. Subsequently, I brought my car in for routine service and today for a problem that popped up. Alyssa, at the Express Service Counter for my routine service, was just delightful and attentive. She updated me and saw to it that I was in and out quickly. Nina, at the service desk, was fantastic yesterday and today. Driving home, last night, I heard a loud bang and subsequently saw a piece of metal hanging from beneath the car. I called and fortunately Nina answered the call. She had me take a picture of the metal pipe and after consulting with service technicians, told me it was safe to drive and that if I brought it in the next day (today) she would get it taken care of quickly. I drove it in today and Nina couldn't have been more helpful. She kept to her word - getting me in and out in 20 minutes. Further, she and Allysa are so pleasant and customer focused that they couldn't do enough for me. My experiences at World Subaru have been terrific and I recommend the dealership for both sales and service.

Engine and mileage troubles

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

This is the fifth Subaru I have purchased from World, and I keep going back because this dealership hits the mark in so many ways. I have used the same sales consultant, Girsh Berman, for all the cars I've purchased, and he feels like family now. Always kind, considerate, and totally professional and helpful. Also on the top of my list is Nicole Sciamarelli, Delivery Coordinator, who is AMAZING at explaining all the new features and electronics. She's the best! With this car, and my last one, I went back to her more than once with questions, and she was wonderful at explaining things. I had been in a lease prior with another dealership, but my mileage was over the 30,000 lease limit. To say the least, I was in a tough spot. My father and I came into this dealership pretty unsure of what to expect, as we had already gone to several other dealers, all with very little success. But Timothy Stewart assured my father and I that we would be taken care of; and that we were! Tim set up a FANTASTIC deal for us, and walked us through the entire process to ensure that all of our needs were met and that we understood everything. You could really tell that we were valued as prospective customers and that he would make sure we walked out as happy Subaru customers. All of our questions/concerns were answered and met with awesome results, and he was able to set me up with a new Subaru Impreza! Once all the paperwork was filled out (which was super quick + easy!), Nicole Sciamarelli helped introduce me to my new car. She carefully went over all the features and showed me all there was to know about the car. Having that additional knowledge prior to driving away was great, so thank you, Nicole! To say the least, I am in love with my new car and am extremely happy that the process went so smoothly. Thanks for welcoming me into the Subaru family, Tim + Nicole!

This was my first purchase of a Subaru. I had visited the dealership previously for a quick test drive in 2017. I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience each time. George was excellent and so helpful ,he made the purchasing experience very easy. I thoroughly enjoy driving my Out back. I am looking forward to utilizing the service department when the need arises. Nicole and George did a good job of sorting through all the features. There is a lot to learn, they have openly stated to contact them anytime a question arises. I highly recommended this dealership to others.

Previously owned a 2007 Acura RL. My Subaru Legacy 3.6R gives me more performance and a smoother ride. Has every feature I wanted. The Eyesight safety feature is awesome. Other cars I test drove did not come close. So impressed we purchased a new Subaru Impreza for our Grandaugher with Eyesight. Previously owned Honda products.

I recently purchased a car from Highline Motor Cars in South Hampton. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Saeed was very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. There was no pressure from him nor were there any hidden fees. I really appreciated the calmness and honesty from Saeed from the first time I contacted him inquiring about the car, to the last hand shake before driving off in my new car. The car was just as described in the ad and was very competitively priced. I recommend this dealership to anybody in the market for a used car. Don't hesitate about this place. It's the real deal, family owned business. Very respectful, courteous, and polite. 2 thumbs up. 5 stars all the way!!

This car meet all my needs. All wheel drive is so important for us living in Midwest where lots of snow in winter. I am a new driver and AWD help me to drive more stablely. And it’s cheap in AWD cars
