I've had my car for a while, and the only real issue is that it consumes or leaks engine oil slowly. I change the oil every 3,000 miles, and with that routine, it's been fine. The car now has 140,000 miles and still runs great—thanks to God. I once switched to synthetic oil and drove 5,000 miles between changes, but all the oil was gone by then. Since sticking to 3,000-mile oil changes, I haven't even needed to check the oil level regularly. Aside from this minor issue, the car is reliable and has served me well.

Contacted them on a Saturday morning with some questions about an incentive program they were offering. Sales team got right back to me and after some back and forth I was up there by 11:00 to finalize the deal. This is the third vehicle we have bought from them and they are always super professional and not pushy like other dealers in the area. I don’t ever enjoy dropping a bunch of money on a car but their process is pretty stress free. Will be back there in a couple of years to figure out a used vehicle for my kid!

I bought this car new, never had any major issues, but this year it has Leaking water in to the interior floor, and lots of it, when the air conditioner is on!!!! It as ruined my dash, and floor Matt’s, what do we have to do to fix. Thank you

The only thing I did not like it is the quality of the A/C. To replace the evaporator, you have to remove the dash complety, and couple of years later the compressor, failed

Writing this review shortly after completing my purchase because my experience with Southern Star and Ronny in particular was so good I felt the need to show my appreciation. From my first phone call to that last hand shake, I received nothing but courteous, honest and patient service. I showed up, got the key and was off for a lengthy test drive in minutes. Had a 3rd party inspection done to settle any buyers anxiety but, honestly, it was not necessary since all their vehicles appear to be in immaculate condition. I was concerned because D & M didn't have any reviews and I had never heard of them. But they had a car I liked so I took a chance. My instinct was all wrong. Their response was timely. They were forthcoming about any issues with the car (all cosmetic), and they were willing to negotiate the price. They even arranged the transport from So. California to my home in No. CA, which went very smoothly. The whole experience was stressless and Aryan (the salesman) was a complete pleasure to deal with.
