My best friend lives in Reno and she is always looking at new cars – she needs a newer one. She would look more often and more seriously but she is so uncomfortable dealing with the high pressure salespeople and the dealerships they work for. For that reason we went new car shopping together. I went along to give her more confidence and look out for her interests. Mercedes Benz was #1 on her list but she still felt intimidated. We were very pleasantly surprised to find how fast, friendly, and professional everyone was in helping us get a great price on a new Mercedes! Tom Diefendorf answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. He was intent on making sure we were treated like royalty and we certainly were impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for Mercedes Benz, AutoNation and the dealership. Our sales Associate, Scott Ratfield, was great! As usual, my friend dreaded dealing with Finance. But, dealing with the Finance Manager was an unbelievably pleasant process, My best friend has purchased new BMW's, a Lexus, and an Audi in this area and NEVER has she been treated so well until today. Tom Diefendorf and his team made this experience very simple and easy. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is awesome!! I have always respected the Corolla for its mpg and reliability but always thought of it as too generic. Then they brought the hatch back!!! This car has all of Toyota's Safety Sense options, gets 40+mpg, and is surprisingly quick and sporty. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment!! Get you one!!!
I Love my 2016 Fit. I traded in my 2010 Fit and Autonation gave me a fair price for it. Bruce Kralb and Alan Garcia always made the buying process an enjoyable one. They never pressured us and the gave a final price for the car, that was what I was looking for. Between taking Test drives and sitting down and talking about our options, this has been one of the best car purchasing experiences I ever had. They are just good people. Another good person I would like to praise is Jillian Zimmerman, the Financial service manager. She was great in explaining to us our financial responsibilities as well as any add ons we may wanted to purchase. I bought my car without any tint, with the help of Jillian and Bruce, my tinting service was expedited the day I brought it in. Autonation is just a great place to buy a car from, great people, great prices, and great service. I highly recommend.

Since I got to the dealer and drove it I knew I had to take it home. The sound system, the comfort and and style is amazing!
For the first time I ever visited Mountain States Toyota, I ended purchasing a 2015 Toyota 4-Runner, and I love it! After all of my prior vehicle purchases, I was not looking forward to this chore; but, was saved by the salesman, Daniel Wile. Due to Mr. Wile's knowledge of the vehicle and his great patience, I was able to pick and test drive the vehicle I finally selected. He was very helpful during the whole selection and buying process! I was impressed by the size and the cleanliness of the entire facility. In addition to the assistance from Mr. Wile, all of the other staff that I met during the closing of the deal were also very competent and helpful. It was a great experience!

This car is the best I’ve owned. It’s got everything I wanted. Bluetooth, backup camera, gps and tons more great stuff. Upgraded from Scion IA and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase.
I can't say enough good things about this wonderful dealership! Asst. Service Mgr. Josh Martin was kind and considerate. I had some financial problems but they worked with me and their customer service was just excellent. What a blessing! God bless these people!

This car is perfect. I have zero complaints. It’s nimble, quick, has quick steering response, is planted firmly on the ground (balanced) and takes curves like a champ. It’s a true joy to drive. That, along with the reliability...what’s not to like? I test drove many cars before this one, but one drive was all it took.
This is the third new Hyundai I have purchased and the first at Vandergriff. In my opinion, Vandergriff requires too much paperwork, e.g., a "Power of Attorney" to sell the car I traded in, and their requirement for me and my wife to sign the new title application as our names are printed on our driver's licenses and not our usual signatures. I understand these are Vandergriff's interpretation of the laws of Texas, but I suspect Vandergriff is too strict and probably not justified in their interpretation... Otherwise, Vandergriff has been in business a long time and has a good reputation in this area. ( I bought a new car from them in 1958.) I visited two other dealers in my area, both of which were nearer to my home, and Vandergriff offered me the best deal. I am satisfied.

Love this hatchback. It looks fantastic and puts a smile on my face every time I see it. It comes with a lot of standard features for the price: Push to start, keyless entry, apple carplay, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, LED lights with auto brights, etc. The only gripe is the legroom in the back is a little cramped, but I rarely need to carry passengers in the back, so it’s not a big deal for me. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. It is a new design and platform, so I’m hoping that Toyota reliability keeps this car going for many years to come.
I went to the dealership due having received a notice about a recall. Zavier did his best to go above and beyond to help me out, he even found another recall that I didn't even know about! Thank you!

I freaking love my car. It’s sporty and has enough room for my 4 month old. First 4 door car I’ve ever owned. This is also the first brand new off the lot car I’ve ever owned.
I was in the market for a brand new Tacoma. After a ton of research, I knew exactly what I wanted and, thanks to KBB, what price range people were paying for them in my area. I went to the 'other' Toyota dealer in Louisville as they were closer to my house and also had the model/options I wanted. All in all this should have been the easiest sale they ever made as I have excellent credit, owe a good bit less on my nice trade than the KBB trade in value, had a large down payment, and knew exactly what I wanted. Things started to go down hill when they offered me close to 50% of the KBB trade value on my current car. Which mind you it was a very clean 2013 with low miles and was fully loaded. They weren???t willing to budge on that at all so I told them no biggie I would just keep the trade and sell it myself. So we moved onto the price of the Tacoma. He showed me the MSRP price and then they???re ???sale price??? which was only a few hundred less than the MSRP. I politely asked if they could work on the price at all. The salesman, who was really nice in the beginning, got very defensive. He proceeded to lecture me about how well Toyotas hold their value and what great trucks they are. I told him I agreed with him 100% and that was why I wanted to buy one. However I???m not willing to pay full blown MSRP for it because 1, KBB tells you the price range they???re selling for in our local area and 2, no one pays full blown MSRP. After being there for 4 hours, I had to twist the salesman's arm to give me the keys back to my car so that I could leave. The GM ran over and asked why I changed my mind. I told him I would not be paying MSRP and would be going somewhere else. He asked what I was willing to pay and then said they would gladly come down to that as it was a fair price. I told him after being there for so long and being insulted by his salesman that I refused to give them my business. I called Toyota of Louisville the next day, as they had the same exact model/options, and spoke with Ashley. At first I was nervous that I was going to have the same experience here but from the moment I met Ashley she made me feel welcome and assured me I was going to leave extremely happy. Tim and herself were fantastic to deal with. Within 10 minutes of being there they gave me $1500 OVER the KBB trade value of my trade in AND crushed the other dealer's price on the new truck! I actually got it for even less than the price I was trying to get the other dealer to come down to! In less than an hour, I was driving home with my brand new Tacoma. So if you???re looking to get ripped off on your trade, pay full blown MSRP on the new car, and spend all day there only to be insulted by the salesmen go to the other dealer in Louisville. On the other hand if you value your time and want a great deal as well as a more than fair offer for your trade, go to Toyota of Louisville. It was well worth the short drive and, thanks to Ashley and Tim, they have made a lifetime customer!

I needed a reliable 2nd car. Car drives great. Very comfortable and smooth. My only complaint is the back seat doesn't have a lot of leg room, but that is OK since my wife and I are very short.
I have about 300 miles on my hatchback so far. I bought the car to try to mimic my first car, 1968 TR4A. I wanted a stick shift that I could wind out through the gears and scoot around corners, all while not getting a ticket. This is what this car does well. It is fun to drive. Out on the highway, it is so smooth. The active cruise is great.
There are only a few negatives. The first is the cargo cover. It clunks when I go over a stiff bump. Some roads have a lot of stiff bumps, so this thing drives me crazy. The second is the center arm rest. It would be OK with an automatic, but it is too high for the stick shift. I can put my arm on it while shifting, but I am sliding my arm around on it as I shift. I can go to the driver's side of it, but then it's in the way when trying to go to 3rd and higher gears.. It needs to be 3 inches lower. I thought of removing the cover, but looking at it, it would not be easy to do so.
First time customer and must say this was some of the best customer service I've recieved in some time. I would reccomend their service to any of my friends. A++

This could be a bit long but it sums up my experience with Jerry's Toyota. Buying a car could really be frustrating even if I have the all-knowing internet and enough car buying experience. After checking around a couple of car dealerships in Towson area (MD), I just wasn't really able to find the right person that I can confidently trust and a fair price for a car that I wanted. So I moved on to the next town. The first dealership I called was Jerry's Toyota and talked to Matt. I gave him my out the door offer for a new Rav4 LE that was listed online. He did not give me the run-around-- he just took my offer and said "'we'll see what I can do". Within 10-15 minutes, he called back and made it feel like the deal was made. I then drove to the dealership with a heavy doubt since I didn't haggle. BTW I checked a couple of online resources for the invoice price before giving my offer so I knew that my price was good. To my surprise, Matt actually locked in the deal so all that needed to be done was finalize and sign. Matt is a cool-professional dude with an endearing personality. I hope he's going to be there on the next purchase!

The car suites my needs but comes up short in some areas. There is no leg room in the back seat. In order to make more room the front seat has to be pulled up. This shortens the leg room for the front seat passenger and puts the driver too close to the steering wheel. The trunk space is too small. The owners manual is not clear in some places.

This car meets all my expectative, security is a must and it has it , its a sport car, something I love , and even for its size has power. It the total package.
I am a college student here in the area. My parents came from Ohio to help me buy my first car, and after our experience at Woburn Toyota, my family is going to be making the trip from Ohio to purchase all of our future cars! Our sales representative, Ernest Memminger, was patient and friendly, and he worked with us throughout the whole process. He was knowledgable and helped us find the right fit. I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE, and I am very confident in my purchase. The service at Woburn Toyota was great throughout all stages of the buying process. Any dealership that can secure long-term customers from 600+ miles away must be doing something right!

Here are my XSE - manual bullet points:
Comfort: Good. Not a cushy ride. Not cushy seats. A bit stiff. Actually, the bigger profile tires do not absorb commuter potholes. You will feel 'em.
Performance: I like that it is naturally-aspirated -- no turbo. In the long run, less to go wrong. The manual maximizes the engine's zip around town and it certainly does not feel underpowered on the highway. Not a speed demon, by any means. Good, but not great fuel economy for this segment.
We live by Lake Superior, with frigid winters. Had a low oil pressure warning with about 600 miles on the car. Diagnosis....water/condensation in the oil. The oil was losing viscosity (freezing) with the below 0 weather. I will reserve judgement on dependability. Too early to tell. Not used to an Toyota engine issue on this new car.
Exterior Styling: I love the looks of this car. The Corolla is now making a fashion statement. (Not the norm for this model.) I also ordered the white premium paint. After a number of washings and waxing, the finish is excellent. Not a blem to be found. The best......
Interior Design: Overall, nice. Fit and finish shows Toyota is paying attention. Dash screen options are good and colors are, well, stylish. Not sure whether I like the large flat screen, but it does provide good clear driver / front passenger communication. Back seat is a bit cramped and the hatch room is stingy.
Value for the Money: My Corolla approached $25K. Not the cheapest in this category, but you get a lot for the money.....and hopefully, Toyota dependability. All the safety features. Heated seats. Intelligent manual -- I've been driving manuals forever, but I can tell the difference in IMT mode. Apple carplay. LED lights. 18 inch wheels. Great fit and finish.
Reliabliity: One issue, so far. I am hoping for a huge dose of Toyota reliability. I'll reserve judgement. With three months of ownership and 1500 miles.....too early to tell.
Dealership is well organized and staffed. Service representative exceeded my expectations in communications and service Liason skills and knowledge (Will). Service performed was extensive-all necessary- vehicle seems to run like new. In the event I have any follow on or subsequent concerns or issues I’m confident that they will be professionally addressed and corrected as necessary.

I was looking for an economical little city car, but one with some oomph and refinement for highway trips. This car car has far exceeded my expectations. Quick, quiet, stylish and loaded with safety features. I really like the simple, peaceful interior. Sporty when you need it, too. Very good MPG, although I am getting a bit lower than advertised despite mostly conservative driving. 6 months, 2k miles, zero issues/defects.
