A very good experience.

I had a great experience with this dealership. On my original visit, my wife and I were casually looking at the used cars. After a few minutes, Tyler approached and asked if anyone had helped us yet. I explained that we were just beginning to look for a different vehicle and actually didn't even know what we wanted and just wanted to look. He said he'd be there if we had any questions. He stayed away and we looked at everything from small cars to vans. A freshly washed new van arrived on the lot and we began to look even though a van was probably not what we needed. We did get in though and asked Tyler some questions about it. There was no pressure whatsoever, and he realized that we just wanted to look. We also looked at a used Camry Hybrid. I asked a few questions, and moved on. Later, I researched a little online and became more interested in the hybrid. We came to take another look a week later. Tyler wasn't there, but Dylan came right out. I told him we had talked to Tyler, but he said, " We help each other out." He offered us a test drive. It was an awesome car by the way. We took a test drive, even though it was nearly closing time. Dylan was very helpful. (Now I learn that he is going to Australia! Congratulations Dylan!) Well, I thought more about the hybrid and came back on a Monday only to find out the car had been sold on Saturday. It was raining very hard. We talked to Tyler quite a bit about financing and leasing options and he was very helpful. He pulled a RAV 4 and a Camry up to the door so that we could look them over without getting too wet. As we were walking around the showroom, I couldn't help but notice the good looks of a red Toyota Corolla. My wife and I both sat inside and it seemed very comfortable and was a lot closer to the size of our previous car. It had a nice big discount on the price and the rest is history. Tyler explained all the leasing and financing options and the benefits of both. We ended up leasing for my first time ever. Every person I have spoken with at the dealership has been extremely friendly and helpful. When we leased the vehicle, they pulled it into the service area. We traded our 2001 Honda, and we were getting our things out. Everyone seemed like they were all happy about all of it. Tyler was helping to switch the license plate over. My wife asked, "Does anybody know about phones? A guy said he did. He used her phone and took a picture of us next to our new car.
