New and used 2025 Toyota Highlander for sale near Salem, MA

Was wondering what was taking so long for typical service, especially after phone call with service assistant who said the car would be ready by 9:00. According to receipt, car was ready at 8:48. At 10:00 had to text and inquire if car was ready. Have never run in into this problem before.

Had a great experience with james Pierre. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Overall a very positive experience. I truly felt like I was in good hands with James. Highly recommend!!!

The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman.
